El estudio presenta un análisis de la red social Facebook: El portal universitario y su relación con los jóvenes estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano, donde la plataforma deja de ser un espacio de ocio y se convierte en la esfera pública que es interpretada como el espacio mediático virtual de regulación en las relaciones interpersonales que afectan a otros. La investigación es cualitativa, se desarrolla mediante la aplicación de dos técnicas: la entrevista a cuatro miembros fundadores de la red social El portal universitario y la observación a la plataforma, utilizando como instrumento fichas de registro sobre el uso de las nuevas herramientas de la red social Facebook, frente a un hecho específico que se convierte en agenda periodística como es la “toma de local” a la universidad mencionada. El trabajo muestra las nuevas formas de esfera pública en la red de Facebook, como las reacciones, comentarios, número de veces compartido y reproducciones. Además, evidencia la relación de la actividad política institucional entre estudiantes y El portal universitario, cerrando la comunicación en sí misma.
Objetivo: El presente artículo busca analizar la importancia de la tutoría universitaria en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano de Puno (Perú), en el contexto de la pandemia mundial por covid-19. Originalidad/aporte: Esta aproximación da a conocer la experiencia tutorial de estudiantes de una universidad pública, luego de haberse implementado la Ley Universitaria N.º 30220 cinco años atrás y, por primera vez, en un escenario de educación no presencial, además se analiza la pertinencia sociocultural. Método: Se recurrió a la investigación cualitativa a fin de comprender percepciones, experiencias y expectativas de los estudiantes sobre la acción tutorial. Estrategias/recolección de información: Dentro del método cualitativo, se empleó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada administrada a cuarenta y cuatro estudiantes provenientes de diferentes áreas de formación profesional (ingenierías, biomédicas y ciencias sociales). Conclusiones: El estudio determinó que para los estudiantes es muy importante la tutoría universitaria porque a través de ella reciben apoyo, guía, acompañamiento, y orientación por parte de sus tutores. Para muchos estudiantes, la tutoría se convierte en una necesidad fundamental y transversal en la formación profesional. Sin embargo, ellos demandan tutores que los acompañen desde el primer hasta el último semestre, que sean profesionales con un perfil de asesoría y orientación psicológica que, a partir de la cultura del estudiante, propongan estrategias de tutoría que contemplen su cosmovisión andina (formas de producción agrícola, comercio; convivencia familiar y comunitaria, creencias y valores; respeto y valoración de sus recursos naturales) y les ayuden a superar diversos problemas. Así también, el uso prioritario de Google Meet (sesiones grupales) y Facebook, WhatsApp o teléfono (sesiones individuales) deben ser capitalizados, como recursos para el logro de estados de bienestar, en el presente contexto de pandemia.
El propósito de este estudio es analizar la responsabilidad social de los medios de comunicación en Puno – Perú ante la COVID-19. La investigación fue descriptivo – exploratoria, de diseño transversal y la técnica de la encuesta que fue aplicada mediante Google Forms a los directivos de ocho medios de comunicación tradicionales con mayor audiencia en la ciudad de Puno. Los resultados evidenciaron que, los medios asumieron la responsabilidad social desde la diversidad, la temática de COVID-19 fue una prioridad en sus agendas, los programas y espacios periodísticos utilizaron los distintos formatos, el tema de las vacunas predominó en todos los medios; asimismo, realizaron diversas acciones de prevención a través de campañas, producción y difusión de spots, radionovelas y otros para evitar contagios; del mismo modo, utilizaron de manera simultánea las redes sociales como WhatsApp y Facebook. Se concluye que se informó y sensibilizó a la población sobre esta enfermedad; sin embargo, la sobreexposición a infodemia y fake news generó incertidumbre.

La RSE se enlaza más a labores de inversión social y filantropía. Se evidencia también que los medios de comunicación entienden la RSE desde una diversidad; las acciones de RSE se muestran a través de campañas, programas, alianzas, donaciones, eventos como foros y debates, y acciones específicas propias del sector de los medios a través de producciones periodísticas y comunicacionales; un hallazgo importante fue conocer la conformación de un "colectivo de medios de comunicación" conformada por propia iniciativa de algunos medios de comunicación, ese esfuerzo se convierte en una primera experiencia de verdadera responsabilidad social. This research aims to analyze how the social responsibility of the media in Puno, how we understand and the actions taken in this regard was administered and determine if they have an agenda of issues of social responsibility; Interviews were also conducted with the managers of the media under study, whose results reinforce and contrast the information obtained through the questionnaire questions. The research is descriptivecomparative, and revealed that corporate social responsibility of the media Puno is taken partly as such ignorance in this regard is still evident, although there are common practices in corporate social responsibility (CSR) to all specific sectors and media sector, unresponsive to work planning. It is also evident that the media understand CSR from a variety; CSR actions shown through campaigns, programs, partnerships, donations, events like forums and debates, and specific actions own the media through journalistic productions and communications sector; likewise there is a lack of an agenda of planned social responsibility issues. El desarrollo de las actividades académicas durante la pandemia trajo consigo muchos cambios y nos permitió adaptarnos a los diferentes modos de llevar a cabo tareas del quehacer académico, obtener la valoración de los estudiantes universita- rios sobre la clases virtuales fue el objetivo principal de este estudio, donde median- te las técnicas provistas por la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) se ha logrado identificar una valoración negativa en general, y esto nos ha servido para categorizar también las características más relevantes de esta valoración, como consecuencias a la adaptación de estos cambios en las clases virtuales.
