Simulating the push-out test and conducting parametric study using finite element model are conducted using perfobond connectors. The finite element model was verified through comparing with push-out test results. The verified finite element model was then used to conduct parametric study aiming to investigate the effect of several parameters, such as height and thickness of connector, cross sectional area and yield strength of transverse reinforcement, concrete compressive strength and rib holes, on resistance capacity. The results of the parametric study are treated statistically to produce a mathematical model suggested to estimate the resistance capacity of the perfobond connector.
The present paper describes the study of the phytochemical properties and anti-HIV activity of the phenolic isolates of the plateau medicinal plant Daphne acutiloba Rehd. (Thymelaeceae). Two new lignans named daphnenin (1) and daphnetone (2), along with 11 known ones, were isolated, and their structures were elucidated by 1D and 2DNMR spectroscopy aswell as HR‑ESI‑MS. In the anti-HIV activity study, daphnenin (1) and caffeic acid n-octadecyl ester (13) showed definite anti-HIVactivity with EC(50) values of 0.39 and 0.16 μg/mL, respectively.
This study examines the spatial effect of R&D capital and labor market distortions on the green total factor energy efficiency (GTFEE) using a dynamic spatial Durbin model in China from 2000 to 2018. The results show that 1) China's GTFEE exhibits path‐dependent and agglomeration characteristics in terms of time and space, respectively. In both spatial and temporal dimensions, an increase in local GTFEE stimulates future local GTFEE and inhibits future GTFEE growth in neighboring areas. 2) R&D capital market distortion has a continuous inhibiting effect on the local GTFEE in the short and long terms. R&D labor market distortion has a continuous stimulating effect on the local GTFEE, and its effect gradually strengthens. 3) R&D capital market distortion may indirectly weaken the GTFEE by inhibiting green innovation and industrial upgrading. R&D labor market distortion may indirectly improve the regional GTFEE by suppressing the energy rebound effect and improving green innovation. Based on these results, a series of policy recommendations are proposed.
The classical Euler-Bernoulli girder theory is not applicable due to shear deformation of corrugated steel web, elastic bending theory considering shear deformation is presented to analyze deflection and mechanical property. Differential equation is derived based on displacement field assumption, internal force equilibrium equations, deformation compatibility condition and relation of deformation and internal force, and solutions are obtained according to boundary and load condition. Simply supported I and box girder bridges with corrugated steel web are analyzed with elastic bending theory considering shear deformation, their predicted results are found in good agreement with those by 3D finite element analysis and test. A limit value of depth-span ratio is suggested for considering influence of shear deformation or not, the simplified formula of deflection in middle span is presented to guide deflection design. Corrugated web accounts for more than 80% of total shear force in the whole span under uniform load while one third apart from bearing under concentrated load in mid-span. The elastic bending theory considering shear deformation makes a reference for designing composite bridge with corrugated steel web.
At present, the anti-counterfeiting fibers are mainly monochromatic fluorescent fibers, dual-band fluorescent fibers, and multicolor segment dyed fibers. However, anti-counterfeiting fibers using only these several anti-counterfeiting methods are increasingly unable to meet the needs of anti-counterfeiting technology for high efficiency, greenness, and security. This paper studies the method of setting passwords using multi-bit sequence programming in the spinning process, and enables passwords to be effectively stored throughout the fiber production and sales chain. Because nanoscale metal inorganic salts and metal oxide powders have good dispersion, they can be well and uniformly dispersed in the spinning solution. In addition, metal elements can be relatively stable in the spinning process, providing the possibility of traceability of programmable passwords. Setting a password in this method can effectively improve the anti-counterfeiting performance of the fiber without affecting the basic properties of the fiber, and will help to develop new technology for tracking and identifying anti-counterfeit fibers.
Daphnauranins C–E (compounds 1–3), two sesquiterpenoids and one monoterpenoid were isolated from the roots of Daphne aurantiaca Diels. Daphnauranin C is a 9-O-13 etherified and hydroperoxy-substituted guaiane sesquiterpenoid, daphnauranin D is a guaiane sesquiterpenoid ketal, and daphnauranin E is a monoterpenoid lactone. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive analyses of MS, 1D NMR, and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. In an anti-feeding activities test, daphnauranins C–E showed activity against male fruit fly with anti-feeding indexes (AI) up to 39.1, 39.2, and 27.8% respectively, at 1 mM.
