The scarcity of human resources in the agricultural sector or the semi-forced involvement of most of agricultural labors due to the unavailability of other alternatives, has resulted in the unoptimized production process. The young peoples attitude toward farmer as a profession and its agriculture activity is affected by three major aspects, i.e. micro aspect (parents, friends, and mass media); messo aspect (the nearby community); and macro aspect (the society). This study investigates the micro aspect in building agricultural values on young people. The study used a descriptive qulitative approach to reveal the reality of value transfer from parents and also mass media to young people in rural area. The study finds that parents particularly the father as the main actor in transferring agricultural values to young people. Television is the most accessed mass media by young people. Young people still have the interest in working in the agricultural sector, not as a main job but as a side job.Keywords: attendance of mass media and parents, value of agriculture in the eyes of rural
This research was conducted in order to explain students characteristics in Bogor City, to explain body shaming that students of Bogor City have ever experinced, to explain psychological impact of body shaming, to analyze correlation between student characteristics and psychological impact of body shaming and to analyze correlation between body shaming and and psychological impact of body shaming. This research was taken place in Pakuan University, Djuanda University, University of Ibn Khaldun and Nusa Bangsa University on September until December 2019. In term of sampling techniques, this research used accidental sampling. Questionnaire and study library were used as data collecting techniques. There were there data analyze techniques, descriptive statistics, Rank Spearman and Chi-Square. The result shown that was not correlation betwen body shaming and psychological impact of body shaming
The regeneration of agricultural workers has decreased in the last 10 years, this is feared to have an impact on food security in Indonesia. There are several things that cause the absence of young workers in agricultural sector, including how agricultural values are passed on to their children. This study will focus on (1) identifying communication frequency between parents and youth in context of agricultural work (2) identifying actors that communicate with rural youth in context of agricultural work. (3) Identifying the discussion topics between parents and rural youth in context of agricultural work. This research was carried out in Ciasmara Village, Bogor Regency from June 2020 - August 2021. Ciasmara Village was chosen as the research location because the village is one of the rice barns in Bogor Regency and the largest rice contributor to the capital city area. A total of 120 village youths were selected as research respondents through purposive sampling method. The results showed that parents still communicated about agriculture to their children in the context of rice cultivation and how to harvest rice. Both of these information are the most frequently discussed information because they are closely related to family labor to save production costs.
IONThis research aims to identify the customer's attitude toward a Grebeg Pasar of BRI, to describe the characteristics of individual traders Market Leuwiliang, to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of the individual account holders with attitude customer to a Grebeg Pasar of BRI. This research uses the free variable that is characteristic of the individual customer. While the free variable is a client's attitude to a Grebeg Pasar in the market at Leuwiliang BRI. The indicators used to measure individual customer characteristics variables are age, gender, level of education, UMKM business sector and the status of marriage. The indicators used to measure customer attitude variable to a Grebeg Pasar that is the shape of a Grebeg Pasar program, a form of lending products, promotional forms a Grebeg Pasar. Research done at Market Leuwiliang in may 2016. Samples taken is all the population that is as much as 90 businessmen. Sampling techniques are used is total sampling. The source of the data used include primary data such as questionnaires, interviews and observations to the respondents research and secondary data such as previous research results that are relevant, the books, the source of scientific data from Market Leuwiliang, Bogor. Technique of data analysis using statistical analysis descriptive and non-parametric statistical analysis. Test correlation using the formula Spearman Rank test with the validity of using the formula product moment Pearson. Analysis of variable X1 regarding characteristics of individual traders (customers) and the variable Y1 is attitude towards client program a Grebeg Pasar of BRI. The results of the relationship between the characteristics of individual employees and employee perception toward the leadership style elicited less significant relationships.
