The purpose of this study is to gain an understanding of how the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds has fared in the Indonesian Capital Market. The information used in the research came from financial reports and publications that were made available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These reports covered the time period 2018-2020. For the purpose of providing an explanation of the performance of fixed income Sharia mutual funds, the financial statement is studied using Index Sharpe. According to the findings of this research, the performance of fixed income sharia mutual funds has a negative performance during the period of 2018-2020.
The purpose of this research is to analyze (1) the influence of financial literacy on financial behavior (2) the effect of gender on financial behavior (3) the effect of age on financial behavior (4) the effect of academic ability on financial behavior (5) the effect of residence on financial behavior . The population in this study were all active D3 students in the Business Administration Study Program, State Polytechnic of Malang, consisting of 547 people. The sample was selected using clustered proportional sampling to obtain a total sample of 116 students. The data of this research are primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25.0. The results of this study are: (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant relationship to behavioral finance (2) gender has a positive and significant relationship to behavioral finance (3) age has a positive and significant relationship to behavioral finance (4) academic ability has a positive relationship and significant on behavioral finance (5) place of residence has a relationship on behavioral finance.
This Community Service (PPM) activity is carried out as a responsibility in fulfilling the obligations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The target objects in this PPM activity are women from the Asrama Brimob Batalyon B Pelopor, Kelurahan Ampeldento, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang. This PPM activity seeks to provide understanding through materials and guidance to promote the sale of chili chips using social media. This guidance is given to the public through material presentation activities and hands-on practical activities on how to create written and photo content which will later be used as material to promote chili chips products so that they are expected to get customers outside the Asrama Brimob Ampeldento. From this Community Service (PPM) activity, it is hoped that a synergy will be created between the women of the Asrama Brimob Batalyon B Pelopor Kabupaten Malang and the Malang State Polytechnic, that this guidance activity can help partners in increasing their income through promotional activities and sales of chili chips by use social media continuously.
Performance Marketing is an important aspect in every company in order to maintain and maintain the company's survival and business development. Situation and condition current economic produce both products and services. This marketing performance is a concept to measure market performance of products, such as high market share and high marketing profitability, which are used as a reflection of the success of its business in the competitive business world. It is difficult for traders to understand market orientation, besides that, the completeness of the product is also an obstacle for traders in increasing marketing performance, the lack of effectiveness of distribution channels is also a factor inhibiting the marketing performance of traders, so the government needs to provide some kind of education and training for traders who are included in these MSMEs. The problem in this study is how the influence of the promotion mix and market orientation on marketing performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Pia Japanan Cake Business The independent variables in this study are Marketing mix and market orientation and the dependent variable is marketing performance. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 184 respondents. The sampling technique uses a census. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Marketing mix and market orientation variables on the marketing performance of MSMEs Pia Japanan Cake Business Marketing mix variables, market orientation and marketing performance have a strong relationship with the contribution of Marketing mix and market orientation to marketing performance which is also quite high that is equal to 82,2%, while the remaining 17.8% is determined by other factors outside the model.
Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) in 2021, was carried out to provide training and guidance to mothers in the area around Pawon Buci Malang on Business Correspondence to help promote and market products from Pawon Buci Malang. The method used by the PkM Implementation Team is to provide an explanation of the meaning of letters, understanding of business correspondence, the importance of correspondence (especially during the Covid 19 Pandemic), requirements for a good letter, function of letters, language of letters, nature of business letters, form of letters, sections -Department of Letters, Sales Methods - Direct Sales, Kinds of Letters (Introduction Letters, Offer Letters, Order Acceptance Letters, Order Confirmation Letters, Order Rejection Letters). This PkM activity received high enthusiasm from the participants. The enthusiasm was evidenced by the completeness of the 5 participants who listened carefully and actively from the beginning to the end of the activity. The PkM Implementation Team concluded that all participants were able to put the results of the training into practice by being able to write the necessary documents to promote and market Pawon Buci products.
