Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanajemenkan pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan efektivitas proses pendidik, di masa pandemik covid-19 untuk kedepannya, terutama pada waktu jangaka panjang seperti yang kita hadapi saat ini dengan Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) yang belum ada hentinya. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri 4, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan dengan tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan. Berbagai tantangan, masalah, dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh seorang pedidik, mulai dari penyebab siswa, keluarga siswa, serta fasilitas dan sumber daya yang kurang representatif, namun Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) terus menginstruksikan seluruh pendidik di semua tingkatan pendidikan untuk dapat membangun pembelajaran yang menyenangkan di rumah baik siswa maupun mahasiswa. Akibatnya, guru harus memainkan peran kunci dalam membimbing atau mengelola instruksi, dimulai dengan mempersiapkan, mengoordinasikan, menerapkan, dan meninjau, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar selama pandemi COVID-19 yang sedang berlangsung, baik secara online maupun offline. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menganalisis seberapa efektif pelaksanaan sistem pembelajaran dari sudut pandang guru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 guru yang mengajar di tingkat Sekolah Menenengah Atas, baik dari sekolah negeri maupun swasta di wilayah Kabupaten Solok. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket yang disebarkan secara online menggunakan link ms.form. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran online telah terlaksana dengan efektif dilihat dari kesiapan guru. Dari hasil yang di dapatkan 58% responden siap mengikuti suatu perubahan, 42% responden senang dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran online, 21% responden mendukung jika sistem pembelajaran online ini diterapkan untuk waktu kedepannya, Hannya 24% responden yang menyatakan bahwa waktu pembelajaran online berjalan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dengan hasil yang ditemukan dari efeftifitas manajemen pendidik dalam pembelajaran daring, kedepannya bisa diantisipasi agar bisa efektif dengan dilihatnya dari kekurangan dan kendala yang di temukan di lapangan melalui penelitian ini
This title was raised because researchers realized in managing classroom learning, especially in science learning that had not used a learning model that was centered on students, this situation had an impact on students who did not look enthusiastic during learning so that student learning outcomes were low or did not meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria ( KKM). The main issues in this study are: Efforts to improve the activities and learning outcomes of Natural Sciences; teacher ability and student activity in each cycle; and student learning outcomes in each cycle. One effort to overcome these problems is to use the mind map model. Mind map model is a learning model that is a way to obtain, store, and access information or learning material obtained by students processed by the brains of students. This model is a way of learning using pictures, symbols and colors that are very liked by children so that students are active and interested and motivated in following the lessons. Learning that can stimulate students to be more active and creative can improve student learning outcomes.The purpose of this study is: To find out how to improve the ability of teachers and activities of students in learning science by using the Mind Map model in class V MIN 7 Pessel, To find out how to improve learning outcomes of science by using the Mind Map model in class V MIN 7 Pessel. This type of research is a classroom action research (CAR) with the subject of the research being the students of class V MIN 7 Pessel totaling 17 people. The type of data used in this study is qualitative and quantitative data. Data analysis techniques used are the analysis of teacher ability, analysis of student activities, and analysis of student learning outcomes. The techniques and instruments of this study are tests and observations.The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers to manage learning in each cycle. Cycle I am 71.15% (enough), cycle II increased by 82.69% (good) and cycle III increased to 98.07% (very good). While the results of research on student activity in the learning process also showed an increase in each cycle, the percentage results in cycle I were 57.14% (less), cycle II 82.14% (good), and cycle III 96.42% (very good). Student learning outcomes through the application of mind mapping method in the initial test was 29.41% in the first cycle increased by 52.94%, the second cycle 82.35%, and the third cycle 94.11% and the final test increased to 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of mind map models can improve learning outcomes of students in class V MIN 7 Pessel
Numerical literacy is an ability that needs and is very important to improve. So it is necessary to do research to improve students' numeracy literacy skills with the PBL model. This research is a quantitative research. The research method is pretest-posttest design with purposive sampling technique. Samples were selected randomly from the population. The population of this study were high school students in the South coast district. The sample was selected from schools that have A accreditation because seen from the data obtained, there are more schools that are accredited B and others. The conclusion is obtained by looking at the results of the given numeracy literacy skills which have previously been validated by experts in their fields. The conclusion obtained is that the achievement of the control class using PBL can effectively improve students' numeracy literacy skills, while the control class has not provided an effective increase in students' numeracy literacy abilities.
The reality that occurs shows that students' mathematics learning achievement has not been in line with expectations. Students' mathematics learning outcomes based on test scores, there are still many students whose scores are below the specified KKM, which is 77. If you pay attention when learning takes place, it seems that many students are less interested in learning mathematics. Especially if the math class is at the last hour. This is one of the obstacles students are not motivated to learn mathematics. In addition, learning activities have not optimized student-centered learning models, so that the learning process feels less interesting so that students' understanding of mathematical concepts is still low. This study aims to determine the effect of the TTW strategy in improving learning outcomes in terms of understanding students' mathematical concepts. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi-experimental). The population in this study were students of class XI SMAN 1 Painan, class XI IIS 4 as the experimental class and class XI IIS 1 as the control class. The instrument used is a concept understanding test. The results of the hypothesis in this study are that students' understanding of mathematical concepts who take part in learning using the TTW type cooperative learning model is higher than students who use conventional learning. This means that the TTW type cooperative learning model has a good effect on students' conceptual understanding.
