Keterlibatan emosional karyawan dapat memberi ruang positif bagi kepuasan dan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkonfirmasi model teoritis dengan data empiris. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei model kausal menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis yang digunakan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Nagoya Batam yang berjumlah 46 orang, sampel diambil dengan metode sensus. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat bahwa secara langsung kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. secara langsung motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi melalui kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
COVID-19 era demanded that we became productive in improving performance, involvement of leaders, high motivation and someone's satisfaction at work are measures for business continuity and able to contribute to national economic recovery. The research objective was to confirm the theory with empirical evidence that focuses on leadership, employee motivation, employee job satisfaction and employee performance. The research used a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques. The population were 45 employees of the D'Merlion Hotel Batam, the sample was taken using the census method. The significance value of leadership on job satisfaction is 0,082 > 0,05, it is concluded that direct leadership has no significant effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of motivation on job satisfaction is 0,000 < 0,05, which implies that motivation has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. The significance value of leadership on performance is 0,000 < 0,05 which means that leadership has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of motivation on performance is 0,009 < 0,05 showing that motivation has a significant direct effect on employee performance. The significance value of job satisfaction on performance is 0,008 < 0,05, so job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance.
This study aims to determine the implications of the Work From Home (WFH) policy on work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance with work stress intervention. While the approach that is used in this study, it is a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 63 respondents is used as data in this study, they are employees of SMKN 9 Bekasi. The alternative method of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) is used to analyze this research, it is Partial Least Square (PLS). Testing the validity of each variable with its reliability is what is done in the first stage. Furthermore, testing the Implications of WFH policy on work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance with work stress Intervention is something that is done in the second stage. The positive and significant effect is shown by the work motivation variable from the results of this study on performance, as well as work discipline, it also shows a positive and significant effect on performance. Then, the negative effect is shown by the motivation to work stress and also work discipline to work stress, this also shows a negative and significant effect. And the last is the relationship between job stress and performance. This shows a positive and significant effect on performance. The purpose of this research is expressly useful to find out the extent to which the leadership and culture of the organization through the organizational climate affects the governance of Senior High School in Batam City. Includes causal research and the used in this study is a survey method. The population within the range of research is a teacher at Batam City Senior High School which numbers as many as 320 people. The number of samples was obtained as many as 178 people with a random sampling approach. This study uses path analysis whose data is processed using the SPSS program version 25. The study's findings suggest that there is a direct influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational climate and governance. It is indirectly through the organizational climate that the leadership and culture organization has no effect on governance and this research can help and guide the current management of resources.
