In a scientific work, it is closely related to a writing management. Writing which is a writing activity is inseparable in the learning process. Abstrak-Di era digital / teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap manusia di berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan website yang membuat pekerjaan yang biasa dibuat manual diganti menjadi komputerisasi. Salah satu bidang yang terpengaruh dengan adanya perubahan tekhnologi ini adalah bidang Pendidikan. Salah satu penggunaan tekhnologi pada bidang pendidikan adalah pada bagian penilaian. Namun semakin besar suatu organisasi yang menggunakan suatu website maka semakin banyak pula user yang menggunakan. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan website menjadi semakin lambat karena pada saat akan menampilkan data harus terus membaca data baru yang dimasukkan. Terdapat 3 (tiga) Pemecahan masalah yang penulis jabarkan. Data Mart Query (DMQ) adalah sebuah sistem yang dapat digunakan agar suatu website dapat berjalan dengan lebih cepat, karena hanya membaca data pada last update saja, sehingga tidak akan teelalu lama dalam menampilkan data/informasi yang diinginkan oleh user. dengan menggunakan metode ini akan mendapatkan 3 (tiga) manfaat besar. Sedangkan Yii adalah kerangka kerja (Framework) open source berbasis php yang memiliki kinerja tinggi yang dapat digunakan untuk aplikasi web berskala besar. Every industry always wants to be successful and help improve the welfare of its employees, including the cement industry in Bogor Regency. However, not all companies can continue to thrive because of the different organizational climates. This difference is due to differences in the system or way of managing the company itself so that the levels of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee engagement are also different. In fact, these two things have a strong influence on increasing the success of a company. This is because, OCB and employee engagement are related to the quality of human resources in each company. For this reason, researchers want to find out more about the effect of Organizational Climate on OCB and Employee Engagement with a case study on the cement industry in Bogor Regency. This research was conducted using an empirical study method using path analysis techniques and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with 40 respondents. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence between Organizational Climate on OCB and Employee Engagement.
The performance of members of an organization is needed to support organizational performance. The performance of employees at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Development Planning Agency will affect the performance of these government agencies. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the role of organizational culture, motivation, and training in order to improve the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Agency of DKI Jakarta Province, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The source of the data in this study were employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Planning Agency. Primary data was collected by way of questionnaires and interviews with employees BAPPEDA Jakarta. Secondary data was collected by means searches the documents that are relevant to the problem under study. The results of descriptive data analysis on the research variables indicate that organizational culture, motivation, training, and employee performance in the DKI Jakarta BAPPEDA are in the good category. Organizational culture, motivation, and training have a significant role in order to improve employee performance , which is equal to 72.2%. Variable motivation has a role more dominant in order to improve the performance of employees of Bappeda Province of Jakarta as having beta value most 37.1%.
