Lombok is a tourist destination that presents interesting diversity for tourists. During its development, Lombok has applied the concept of halal tourism which includes services, serving halal food, spiritual needs, communication, and other matters related to ha lal branding. This study focuses on informants' perceptions of the relationship between tourism index, experience quality, and revisit intention of tourist destinations in Lombok. The study was conducted by surveying 87 tourists who came from Indonesia, specifically Muslims, those who have stayed in Lombok and have visited at least in the last 24 months. The most suitable informant unit in the sample is purposive. We use the PLS analysis model to simplify data processing. The findings of the study are divided into 3 hypotheses which explain that the season index has a significant effect on experience quality. Furthermore, experience quality has a significant effect on revisit intention, and the tourism index has no significant effect on revisit intention. The novelty of this study lies in the uniqueness of the object, analysis model, and variables that have been designed so that it is very interesting in its presentation and is a distinct difference from other studies.
Sumber daya manusia merupakan factor penting dalam organisasi, oleh karena itu organisasi harus memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk itu diperlukan proses perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan D’Merlion Hotel Batam sebanyak 62 orang. Sampel penelitian 62 sampel, yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan linguistik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kecederdasan spiritual berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Tourism is a sector that can determine the economic welfare of local communities. Tourism development needs to pay attention to aspects of facilities, tourists, and local communities, so as to create sustainable integration. The objectivity of this study is to contribute to tourism development in Samarinda City with a strategy that involves organizational innovation, management knowledge, organizational learning, and leadership transformation in the tourism community (government, business actors, and society). To answer these objectives, we use a research-based R&D approach. With careful planning, we developed several strategies by involving the Agency of Culture, Tourism, Communication, and Information Technology of Samarinda City in order to create a culture of learning and knowledge sharing through various productive agendas. Focus on organizational management, need to apply knowledge ineffective and conducive work procedures as a serious process. Organizational learning is part of the creation of competitiveness by those involved in the tourism industry. This is related to organizational culture and systems that grow because it can bring new ideas to various parties. In addition, the objectives of tourism development must also pay attention to social, historical, cultural, economic, and environmental aspects.
Employee performance is an interesting topic in the field of human resource management to be researched. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction, the influence of leadership on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on employees, the influence of leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research. The population is 108 employees of PT. Epson with a sample of 108 employees. The sampling technique uses census techniques. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this research are organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the work spirit of educational staf, the effect of work environment on the works spirit of educational staf, the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on the work spirit of educational staf of Riau Kepulauan University, with population of 76 educational staf. This research method using questionnaire, Mutile Linear Regression with SPSS statistic tool. The sampling technique used the census, the entire population was studied. The result of this research are: Transformational Leadership has no significant effect on work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,217. Work environment has significant effect on work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,004, Transformational Leadership and Work Environment have no significant effect on work spirit with the value of Sig. 0,429. The low absorption of the workforce in the vocational high school graduates indicates their lack of expertise and competency. It urges to improve their work skills to meet the demand of work. This research aims at developing a Lean-based learning model to enhance the work skills of vocational high school students. This research categorized as development research uses the modified Borg and Gall method. The Lean-based learning model was tested through three stages, namely its validity, effectiveness and practicality. Respondents of the research are vocational high school students, vocational high school teachers and industry practitioners in Indonesia. The model was validated by some experts and FGD results. The effectiveness of the model was tested by an experimental with a posttest only control group design. The population of the experiment was students of the Vocational High School who were doing an industrial experience in some industries, which followed a work shadowing strategy, the sample is chosen by random sampling; data were collected to develop a performance test. Two questionnaires were used to evaluate the practicability of the model according to the perceptions of the teachers and students of the Vocational High School. Based on the research, the developed learning model can be categorized as "good" in case of its validity, effectiveness, and practicality. It means that the lean-based learning model is valid, effective and practical. The conclusion of research is that lean learning model is one of the alternatives to improve work skills competency among vocational high school students to fulfill the industrial demand.

The study population was 97 employees of PKM Group. The research sample is the same as the population of 97 employees. The sampling technique used is the saturation or census sampling technique. This research is a quantitative study, with statistical analysis using the method of Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS software. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that Management Change has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Structure has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and Change Management, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Structure, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Kinerja karyawan merupakan topik yang menarik diteliti, karena kinerja karyawan menentukan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh: Manajemen Perubahan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, Struktur Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan, kepemimpinan transformasional, struktur organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan analisis statistik menggunakan metode Regresi <em>Linear</em> Berganda dengan <em>software</em> SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik kesimpulan Manajemen Perubahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Struktur Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Manajemen Perubahan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Struktur Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.</em></p>
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of education on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance, the influence of career development on employee performance, and the influence on the level of education, training, career development on the performance of employees of PT. Takaful Insurance Batam. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The study population was 50 people with a sample of 50 employees, who were chosen as a whole so that they used saturated sampling. The results of this study indicate that the level of education shows that the level of education does not affect employee performance. Training variable shows that training does not affect employee performance. Career development variable shows that career development has no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile F test results simultaneously shows that education, training, career development has no effect towards employee performance variables.
