Abstract-This paper focuses on the understanding of the current situation and the related countermeasures of multimedia course ware design in Higher Vocational Colleges, in order to put forward innovative ideas in this research field. The paper finds out the status of the research on the design and production of the multimedia course ware in the literature by summarizing the views of some domestic and foreign scholars. There is a lot of research space in the comprehensive utilization of the current situation and countermeasures, which contains the professional image, audio and video clips software and traditional software.
Abstract-"Long-term Education Reform and DevelopmentPlan" (2010-2020) calls for strengthening college students innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance services. With the innovative economic model, the demand for innovative entrepreneurial talent is rising. However, the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talent can not be separated from the entrepreneurial education. This paper aims to study the ways of innovation and entrepreneurship education that includes government policies, the formation of a wide range of business mentor team, building a systematic curriculum, creating practice teaching models, establishing and improving entrepreneurship education guarantee system and so on.
The development of low carbon agriculture is the development direction of future agriculture. Henan province is agricultural big province, significance of low carbon agriculture development is great, but there are some difficulties, such as agricultural waste of resources, low level of mechanization of agriculture, agricultural pollution is becoming more and more serious, agricultural product safety problems etc. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for the development of low carbon agriculture in Henan province.
This study aims to promote the development of vocational education in our country energetically. The analysis is followed by introducing the course of development on vocational and technical education in Britain and summarizing the successful experience of vocation in our country with strengthening the funding and legislation for the state of vocational education as well as putting forward suggestions for reform and innovation of education to improve the system of certificates.

Abstract-Faculty strength is an important factor to assess vocational and technical education status of a country. This paper briefly analyzes the faculty training approaches and qualification requirements of vocational education in different regions of developed countries and summarizes their successful experience in faculty construction, and then we focus on the comparative analysis of Australian and China's vocational education in detail. The research results can give a powerful guidance to China's faculty construction, professional quality cultivation and standardization of teachers' qualification, thus playing an important role in improving faculty certification system and adjust the faculty structures in China as well as increase the belonging sense of the vocational faculty.
