ABSTRAKTujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui manfaat pola kemitraan petani kedelai hitam (kelompok tani) dengan Koperasi dan Untuk mengetahui pendapatan petani kedelai hitam (kelompok tani) melalui pola kemitraan dengan Koperasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dasar deskriptif, serta metode penentuan lokasi yakni metode purposive atau sengaja. Metode penarikan contoh menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling yang datanya dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan komunikasi/ wawancara. Sumber Data berasal dari sumberdata primer dan Data sekunder. analisis data yang digunakan yakni Analisis Biaya Usahatani, Analisis Penerimaan, Analisis Pendapatan/Keuntungan, Efisiensi dan Efisiensi dibandingkan dengan tingkat suku bunga yang berlaku.Pola kemitraan ini memberikan manfaat, keuntungan, bantuan atau pinjaman modal, kepastian harga dan pembelian terhadap produksi usahatani kedelai hitam. Pola kemitraan ini memberikan pendapatan kepada petani kedelai hitam Rp. 2.278.667,- per hektar dalam1 (satu) MTKata Kunci: Kedelai; Efisiensi; Usahatani.
Food security has always been a topic of keen interest to policy-makers, practitioners, and academics worldwide. In the operational sense, food security concerns the availability, accessibility, and stability of its procurement. The leading indicators of food security at the household level access (physical and economic) to food, food availability and risks associated with food access and availability. A study was conducted by utilizing data from several government institutions to examine the level of regional and household food security of East Java Province. The result showed that the food security level of East Java Province has increased between 2010 and 2017, mainly because of improvements in several indicators of food security and nutrition. However, two main challenges require serious attention, namely: a) increasing economic access to food, mainly through increased investment and infrastructure and b) addressing increased vulnerability to the risk of climate change. In conclusion, this paper discusses information and suggestions to improve the food security level in the province, including approaching programs and policies related to the issues.
This study studies social entrepreneurial competencies, social values, and transformational leadership. They are a requirement during the COVID-19 pandemic. It arises to find out the effect of social entrepreneurship on social values and the influence of transformational leadership in memorizing the influence of social entrepreneurship on social values with a total of 200 respondents as social entrepreneurship leaders who have been announced in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with a structural equation model (SEM) analysis tool in AMOS software. SEM analysis in this study uses the moderating SEM method with a mixed-methods approach. Data analysis has been carried out through data processing. The values obtained mean that higher social entrepreneurship will increase social value by 9.4%; if transformational leadership increases, a significance value of 0.85 is obtained. This value is greater than 0.05. It is proved that the role of social entrepreneurship fosters innovative abilities, proactive development, and the courage to take risks for the people in Indonesia and the impact of social values fosters social recognition, responsibility, and contribution to the economy with attitudes with potential transformational leadership behaviors as well as inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and consideration of the community. Katikupialang Hamlet, Pataawang Village, Umalulu District is a corn-producing area in East Sumba Regency. Corn has become the main commodity, although local farmers have begun to apply an intercropping corn cropping pattern with peanuts in recent times. This study was objected to financially comparing the income and feasibility of maize farming with monoculture or intercropping patterns. The sample was randomly selected from 20 farmers practicing the corn monoculture pattern and ten farmers practicing the corn-peanut intercropping design. The analysis method includes analysis of costs, revenues, income, and efficiency or feasibility of farming. Furthermore, a comparative study of income and efficiency was carried out using the F and t-tests. The analysis results showed that the income from intercropping maize with peanuts per hectare per growing season is higher than the income from monoculture maize. Likewise, the value of the R/C Ratio and the results of statistical tests were also the same. Based on these findings, counseling related to intercropping maize and beans can be carried out more actively in the East Sumba area.Dusun Katikupialang, Desa Pataawang, Kecamatan Umalulu merupakan wilayah produsen jagung di Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Jagung menjadi komoditi utama, meski dalam kurun waktu terakhir, petani setempat mulai menerapkan pola tanam jagung tumpangsari dengan kacang tanah. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membandingkan secara finansial usahatani pola monokultur jagung dan pola jagung tumpangsari kacang tanah guna mempelajari pola usahatani yang yang efisiensi dan pendapatan paling tinggi. Sampel ditentukan terhadap 20 petani pelaku pola monokultur jagung dan 10 petani pelaku pola jagung tumpangsari dengan kacang tanah dengan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis meliputi analisis finansial (biaya, pendapatan, dan kelayakan) usahatani, dilanjutkan dengan analisis statistik pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisisnya, pendapatan per hektar per musim tanam untuk usahatani jagung tumpangsari lebih besar daripada monokultur, secara statistik hasil pengujian juga terbukti demikian. Hal yang sama juga untuk nilai R/C Ratio dan hasil pengujian statistiknya. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penyuluhan terkait pola tanam jagung tumpang sari dengan kacangkacangan dapat lebih aktif lagi dilakukan di daerah Sumba Timur.
Garbage is a social problem that requires appropriate solutions because waste is generated all the time and occurs anywhere, whether in the village or the city. Both the situation at the source (at the temporary waste disposal site (TPS), as well as the problem at the final waste disposal site (TPA)) and the problem of not segregating the waste cause unpleasant smells. Based on this situation, community service was carried out in the RW 06 Rejomulyo Village, Kota Subdistrict, Kediri City, with the aim of (1) providing education about sorting organic waste and inorganic waste from the source, (2) providing waste management training with the 4 R principles, namely Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Replant, and (3) to get social and economic benefits from the existence of a waste bank. An example is the Al-Ikhlas waste bank in the RW 06 Rejomulyo Village, Kota Subdistrict, Kediri City. Using the Community Development method is an effort to develop community empowerment by making the community as subjects and objects directly, to increase their participation in development for their interests. The implementation method uses emancipatory participation so that there is interaction, communication, and dialogue with residents through training or counseling activities with four stages: (1) preparation stage, (2) preliminary socialization, (3) implementation of training and practice, and (4) evaluation. The Al-Ikhlas waste bank, in early 2015, consisted of 16 women. However, with increasing awareness of the benefits of waste bank activities, from waste sorting and the implementation of 4Rs that have economic value, in 2021, its members increased dramatically to 55 women.Sampah merupakan masalah sosial yang membutuhkan solusi yang tepat, karena sampah dihasilkan setiap waktu, dan terjadi di mana saja, baik di desa atau di kota. Baik masalah di sumbernya, di tempat pembuangan sampah sementara (TPS), maupun masalah di tempat pembuangan sampah akhir (TPA), juga masalah belum terpilahnya sampah yang pada waktu musim hujan akan tercium aroma yang tidak sedap dan tidak nyaman akibat sampah yang tidak terurai dengan baik. Dari pemikiran tersebut pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di rukun warga 06 Kelurahan Rejomulyo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri, dengan tujuan : (1) memberikan edukasi tentang pemilahan sampah organik dan sampah an-organik dari sumbernya, (2) memberikan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah dengan prinsip 4 R, yaitu Reduce, Reuse, Recycle dan Replant, dan (3) untuk mendapatkan manfaat secara social, ekonomi dengan adanya bank sampah. Dalam hal ini sebagai percontohannya adalah bank sampah Al-Ikhlas di rukun warga 06 Kelurahan Rejomulyo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. Menggunakan metode Community Development, merupakan upaya pengembangan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan menjadikan masyarakat sebagai subyeks sekaligus obyek secara langsung, dalam upaya meningkatkan peran serta mereka dalam pembangunan demi kepentingan mereka sendiri. Untuk metode pelaksanannya memakai partisipasi emansipatoris, sehingga terjadi interaksi, komunikasi, dan dialog dengan warga melalui kegiatan pelatihan atau penyuluhan dengan 4 tahapan : (1) tahap persiapan, (2) sosialisasi pendahuluan, (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan praktek, dan (4) evaluasi. Bank sampah Al-Ikhlas, awal tahun 2015 beranggotakan 16 ibu, tetapi dengan meningkatnya kesadaran akan manfaat kegiatan bank sampah, dari pemilahan sampah dan pelaksanaan 4R yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi, maka tahun 2021 anggotanya meningkat drastis menjadi 55 ibu.
