This policy of the Minister of Education and Culture deserves to be called a change that is quite extreme, this then raises some doubts in the minds of academics. Among the big questions that arise from the policy of independent Learning, Free Campus ”is 1. What is the definition of Government policy? 2. How is the concept of Free Learning? 3. What are the implications of the independent learning policy on curriculum management and assessment systems in secondary schools? 4. What are the implications of the policy of independent learning for curriculum management and assessment systems in higher education? This visionary policy of the Minister of Education and Culture deserves appreciation, however, several problems arise from the implementation of the policy of "Free Learning, Independent Campus" that must be resolved immediately. This paper attempts to review the form of the Freedom Learning policy and implementation challenges.
Home study led to a disintegration of the covid-19 spreading chain. In applying home learning systems, parents play a vital role in the student learning process during the current long-range learning system. So with home learning, it is the parents who become educators at home in place of teachers. This research aims to identify what can be problematic for parents in educating children during the covid-19 pandemic. The study involves a qualitative method that offers research interviews, observation and documentation. Among the problems of parents in educating children in the time of the covid-19, children are often in a changed mood, children are less disciplined, children are bored at home, parents need additional quotas to develop the activities of BDR, of course there is much work to be done in developing good communication to develop a good mood for children especially to carry out remote lessons, Guiding and providing motivation for children to be more disciplined, educating children, varying and innovative indoor activities so that they do not get bored quickly.
The digital era provides its own meaning and consequences for the morale of the leadership group. This study aims to analyze the morals of Islamic leadership groups in the digital era based on a review of philosophy, psychology and sociology. A leader in the digital era is required to be compatible with the demands and needs of the times. Philosophically, the morale of the leadership group provides reinforcement in decision making or policy formulation. Psychologically, group morals give its own color to aspects of personality. Leaders must be able to influence their members so that they can jointly run the organization. Sociologically, the moral of the leadership group has similarities with the religious foundation. Everyone is required to be able to have and practice good group morals in various conditions. This kind of leadership is expected by many people. The challenge of social education leaders today is very hard to be able to provide awareness to students and educationists to be able to socialize and get used to completely online work.

Reading the Koran is mandatory for students at SDI Perwanida Nurul Fajar because it is part of practicing Islamic teachings. In accordance with Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia number 55 of 2007 concerning Religious and Religious Education that religious education aims to develop the ability of students to understand, appreciate and practice religious values, in the Content Standards of Article 6 number 2 that Religious Education encourages students to obey the teachings of religion in everyday life. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research because this research describes how the strategy of learning to read the Koran through the NGALAH method in grade 2 students of SDI Perwanida Nurul Fajar involving the teacher of SDI Perwanida Nurul Fajar as the object of research. The results of this study are in accordance with PP RI No. 55 of 2007 concerning religion and religion as well as about the Content Standards of article 6 number 2. That it can be applied to Perwanida Nurul Fajar Islamic Elementary School students in reading the Koran using the NGALAH method so that students read the Koran according to Proven letters and harakat signs every Monday to Thursday all students deposit the reading of the Koran to their respective teachers, the sorogan system uses the NGALAH method Keywords: Learning Strategy, Reading Al Quran, NGALAH Method, Students
