ABSTRAK A. PENDAHULUANDalam peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 20 Tahun 2006 mengatur tentang Standar Isi, bahwa pembelajaran matematika bertujuan supaya siswa memiliki kemampuan penalaran tinggi melalui latihan memecahkan masalah, membuat keputusan dan kesimpulan. Physical conditions are considered a very important foundation for developing techniques. The aim of this study to determine the contribution of physical condition to Gymnastic basic skill. This Study is survey and used descriptive qualitative method. 82 students, whose aged 18-19 years and study in Sport Coaching Education Department, Sport Science Faculty of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, recruited as samples. Data collection techniques used tests and measurements of biomotor and gymnastic basic skills. Data analysis techniques using linear regresion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pelaksanaan program identifikasi dan asesmen siswa berkebutuhan khusus. 2) kendala dan solusi dari program. 3) dampak program bagi keberhasilan pendidikan inklusif. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wali kelas, GPK, siswa reguler, siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan orangtua ABK. Data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: a) identifikasi dilaksanakan saat penerimaan peserta didik baru dan mutasi peserta didik dengan langkah menghimpun data kondisi anak melalui instrumen observasi dan wawancara dengan orang tua, menganalisis serta melakukan pemetaan kemudian melaporkan serta mendiskusikan hasil temuan kepada orangtua. Asesmen dilakukan dengan melibatkan psikolog, pedagog, okupasi terapi dan terapi wicara. Kurikulum yang digunakan sekolah adalah model modifikasi dengan mengubah materi beserta soal yang disesuaikan kemampuan anak, penempatan kelas dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu reguler dan pull out b) kendala berupa kehadiran orangtua guna membahas perkembangan anak. c) dengan dilaksanakannya program menunjukkan sekolah telah memenuhi komponen pendidikan inklusif selain itu pelaksanaan program berdampak positif bagi perkembangan akademik maupun sosial anak.
Physical fitness was an activity or exercise that can accelerate regeneration when performing several exercises or training. This study aimed to examine the physical fitness characteristics of male and female junior wushu players, followed by determining physical performance differences between both groups. The analytical observational study method was implemented to conduct this study using a cross-sectional approach Fifty junior wushu players (male: n= 25, height= 147.78 ± 12.96 cm; female: n= 25, height= 147.78 ± 12.60 cm) participated in this study by conducting some physical fitness tests. The results showed significant differences in the indicators of 20-meters running with a P-value of 0.049, backbend with a P-value of 0.000, and vertical jump P-value of 0.021. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference between male and female wushu players in the T-test, push up, sit up, dan sit reach (P0,05). From the results, it can be said that male players have higher scores in terms of weight, height, speed, and power, while female players have higher scores in terms of flexibility. This study concluded that it can be taken into consideration to optimize training and testing procedures for junior wushu players.
The principle of Pacta Sunt Servanda as part of the legal principle, which is commonly described as "agreement as applicable to the author" carries its own implications in the practice of society, where the public must perform the agreement cconsistently, consequent, and full of responsibility. No exception in transactions in Financial Technology (Fintech), the applicability of this principle to be a reference for both parties to equally believe that the transaction process (lending) between them can be held accountable in terms of moral-ethical laws. The purpose of this research is to describe the validity of the pacta sunt servanda of the agreement on Fintech and describe the pacta sunt servanda basis reviewed through the study of ushul fiqh to soften a concrete solution against legal problematics that exist on Fintech. The methods used in this study are juridical-normative. The results of the research show that with the trend of ease carried by the Fintech can erode the essence of the principle of the law itself, and create a destructive mindset which is an agreement of the regarded as administrative terms that need to be met when conducting transactions on Fintech, so that various provisions inherent to the unreached Fintech agreements.
