Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknik samplingjenu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar yang berjumlah 92 karyawan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis adalah Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS)versi, 21. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reward berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan punishment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan
The purpose of this research is for getting information about school climate, spirit at work and the correlation of school climate with the spirit at work. The background of this research that the spirit at work is influenced by the school climate. The population of this research is a vocational school teachers, amounting to 124 with a total sample of 97 people by using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnare. In general, the result research adduce that the school climate was good with interpretation 89,44%, school climate was good enough with interpretation 88,85% and there was a significant correlation between school climate with the spirit at work at t hitung = 2,66 > t tabel = 1,658 pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.
Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance. We use its result in multiple regresion to find out the effect of reward and punishment on 92 employees performance from Hasamitra rural banks in Makassar City .The results of this study explaining the reward has a significant negative effect on employee performance. in addition to the punisment to be significant and positive.
