AIM: The purpose of the study was to know the regulation on halal and health guarantee of Indonesian snacks such as cilok (tapioca balls), grilled meatballs, meatball and chicken noodles, dawet drink (traditional drink from rice flour and coconut milk), crackers, and grass jelly drink. Such snacks and drinks are loved by all levels of society in Indonesia and are often sold by street vendors in various places. METHOD: This research uses a juridical-sociological approach, by analyzing the primary source of data, which is by directly observing, interviewing, and educating the society and the small-scale sellers on the important sense of the halal product and the halal product certification. Apart from that, the primary data are the Law No. 8 of 1999 on the Consumer Protection, the Law No. 33 of 2014 on the Halal Product Guarantee, and the Governmental Decree No. 31 of 2019 on the Halal Product Certification. RESULTS: The realization of consumer protection requires good coordination between the government and/or regional governments, business actors, and the community as consumers. The need for halal and healthy products is not only for Muslim communities but also for non-Muslim communities, because halal products are certainly guaranteed of the products’ hygiene and safety. CONCLUSION: There is still a lack of understanding and compliance by the small business owners on the halal and healthy products from the manufacturing process up to the distribution of the products to the public.
This article investigates fathonah attitudes in the song lyrics of Cat Stevens album “Teaser and the Firecat”. The researcher used library research which applied descriptive approach. The primary data sources were the song lyrics of Cat Stevens album “Teaser and the Firecat”. For collecting the data, the researcher used documentation technique. Furthermore, content analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that there are 22 fathonah attitudes contained in the song lyrics of Cat Stevens album “Teaser and the Firecat” and categorized based on three types, namely intellectual, spiritual, and emotional. Therefore, the results of this study is expected to give many benefits for music world so that the world of music can create a song that can be used for teaching materials. For the researcher, this research also increase the understanding in interpreting Cat Stevens’s album “Teaser and the Firecat”. Furthermore, the readers or future researchers can use Cat Stevens’s album “Teaser and the Firecat” as a source of information to find out the moral message so that it can be an afterthought in life and to motivate other people to do something good.
Central determiner is as the main component in constructing noun phrase element as subject, objects, and complement in writing compositions. Meanwhile, determiner affects the meaning of noun. This research investigates the constructions of central determiners in abstracts of Journal Al-Tahrir Volume 17 No.1 Tahun 2017 and the reasons in applying those determiners in that journal. In gaining related information, types of central determiners, three diagram and table bracket were used. Qualitative research and syntactical analysis was conducted to analyze the data. The research finding revealed that central determiners were used in sentences of the abstracts. The terms of central determiners in subject were constructed through 7 determiners such demonstrative article, personal pronoun, possessive pronoun, indefinite pronoun, demonstrative article, definite article, and indefinite article. Having the function of object, central determiners were defined in 5 terms namely possessive pronoun, indefinite pronoun, demonstrative article, definite and indefinite article. Then, they were also used in sentences of the abstracts as complement. Here, central determiners were defined in terms of reflective pronoun, personal pronoun, possessive pronoun, indefinite pronoun, interrogative pronoun, definite and indefinite article.
This article discusses the evaluation of supervision program as the main duties of Islamic Religious Education Supervisor at School. These duties include academic and managerial supervision conducted by Islamic religious education supervisors throughout Ponorogo schools. In this case, Ponorogo was chosen because the National award was given towards supervisors in Ponorogo Ministry of Religious Affairs. On the other hand, the author also finds many things that come along with that implementation. This research is an evaluation research with the qualitative approach. Data were revealed by interview and documentation and then analyzed by interactive analysis including data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results of this study are academic and managerial supervision cannot be done maximally constrained technical and nontechnical. The non-technical constraints ideological differences between supervisors and teachers of Islamic Education, while technical constraints the different Ministries. Consequently, they must follow two standard rules.
