The Indonesian Waqf Board (BWI) is a national nazhir which was established with a vision and mission to advance the system of representation in Indonesia. BWI has important responsibilities in empowering waqf assets, including cash waqf. Cash waqf is one of the products of business character representation and can be an alternative to produce other waqf assets. To achieve these objectives, the management sector becomes the main sector to generate profits on a sustainable basis. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) that influence them based on the business model canvas. Data processing and techniques use the Analytic Network Process (ANP) with a SWOT network structure to obtain priority strategies that can be applied. From these results, five alternative strategies were obtained with the highest priority is increasing nazhir professionalism in terms of entrepreneurial waqf management. The pattern of bread consumption has increased significantly compared to the increase in the average in rice consumption. However, the increase in bread consumption was not balanced by the increase in the producers' awareness to have halal certificate. Meanwhile, halal certified products are only about 11.6% of the total existing products in Indonesia. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the consumption pattern of bread products, consumer's perceptions of the halal labels and their influence on the decision to purchase halal-labeled bread products , and factors that influence the decision. The method used in this research are logistic regression and qualitative descriptive. The results of the analysis shows that bread products are the second source of carbohydrates after rice and the higher the income class have a higher level of bread product consumption. Based on the consumer's perception, the existence of the halal label in packaging of bread products is a main consideration in the decision of purchasing bread products for most of households consumers, but the perception and a fact of the purchasing have not been consistent. The results of the logistic regression analysis shows that the variable of halal awareness, duration of education, dummy of origin area, and dummy of lower income class significantly affect the decision of bread products consumption.Abstrak. Pola konsumsi roti masyarakat mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata konsumsi nasi. Namun, peningkatannya tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan kepedulian produsen untuk memiliki sertifikat halal. Produk yang telah memiliki sertifikat halal hanya sekitar 11.6% dari total produk yang ada di Indonesia. Untuk itu, penelitian ini pun bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola konsumsi produk roti dalam pola konsumsi pangan masyarakat, persepsi konsumen mengenai keberadaan label halal dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian produk roti berlabel halal, dan faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumsi produk roti berlabel halal. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa produk roti merupakan sumber karbohidrat kedua setelah beras dan semakin tinggi golongan pendapatan, maka semakin tinggi juga tingkat konsumsinya. Berdasarkan persepsi, keberadaan label halal dalam kemasan produk roti merupakan pertimbangan utama dalam keputusan pembelian produk roti bagi sebagian besar konsumen rumah tangga, namun persepsi dan fakta pembelian belum konsisten. Hasil analisis regresi logistik menunjukan bahwa variabel halal awareness, lama pendidikan, dummy asal, dan dummy golongan pendapatan bawah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumsi produk roti. To increase the productivity of paddy that are of ten used by farmers is to use chemical-based fertilizers. The use of these chemicals will effect to adisruption of ecosystem balancing, reduction the amount of soil microflora which essential forplants. Endophytic bacteria are symbiotic microorganisms living within plant tissues, and does not cause negative effects on the host plant. Endophytic bacteria have a capability increasing crop productivity by producing growth hormone, contributes to plant health, and as bio-control agents. Some endophytic bacteria which contribute to plant growth are: Pseudomonas sp., Enterobacter sp., Staphylococcus sp., Azotobacter sp., And Azospirilum sp., Whereas endophytic bacteria that contribute to the health and plant protection several of them are: Pseudomonas sp., Serratia sp. ,Clavibacter sp., and Bacillus sp. This study was conducted to investigate potential of endophytic bacteria to increase Paddy var Rojolele productivity based on its ability to produce extracellular enzymes and resistance to multiple types of antibiotics. The method were endophytic bacteria isolation from three Paddy varRojolele plants, extracellular enzymes detection and antibiotic resistance testing to chloramfinekol, ampicillin and kanamycin. As the result, 43isolateswere isolated from Paddy var Rojolele. Four isolatesamong them havethe ability to produce extra cellular enzym esandresistant toampicillin, kanamycin, and chloramfinekol. Extra cellular enzyme production capability and resistance to antibiotics makes endophytic bacteria are potentialto improveplant health and also asbio-control agentwhich then willaffect to the productivity of rice. To further ensure its potential to plant, more research is needed.
Waqf is a form of worship by separating some of our belongings to be used as common property, for the benefit of Muslims or people in general. In order to make waqf's benefits more applicable and accessible for all, the management must be maximally monitored. With innovative management and intensive supervision, waqf is expected to become productive and empower the mauquf 'alaih (waqf eligible receiver) and make them independent economically, health and education. With the library research method and content analysis on the interpretation of related al-Quran verses, none explicitly mentions the word waqf. But the Islamic scholars have agreed that infaq and shadaqah jariyah is the essence of waqf. Waqf are long-lasting infaq and shadaqah jariyah, as long as the asset is still used then the reward still flows to `wakif even though he has passed away. AbstrakWakaf merupakan satu bentuk ibadah dengan cara memisahkan sebagian harta benda yang kita miliki untuk dijadikan harta milik umum, yang akan diambil manfaatnya bagi kepentingan umat islam atau manusia pada umumnya. Agar keberadaan wakaf dan hasilnya dapat dirasakan oleh semua lapisan masyarakat, maka pengelolaan dan pengawasannya harus diberdayakan dan diawasi secara maksimal. Dengan cara-cara pengelolaan yang bersifat inovatif dan pengawasan/ monitoring secara intensif yang kemudian wakaf tersebut menjadi produktif sehingga berdaya guna dan menjadikan para mauquf 'alaih menjadi mandiri secara ekonomi, kesehatan dan pendidikannya. Dengan metode library research dan content analysis terhadap penafsiran beberapa ayat Al-Quran yang terkait, tidak satupun secara eksplisit menyebutkan kata wakaf. Tetapi para ulama fiqih sudah sepakat bahwa infaq dan shadaqah jariyah yang dimaksud intinya adalah wakaf, karena wakaf adalah infaq dan shadaqah jariyah yang bertahan lama, selama harta tersebut masih digunakan maka pahalanya tetap mengalir kepada`si wakif sekalipun ia sudah meninggal dunia.Kata Kunci: wakaf, wakaf produktif, Badan Wakaf Indonesia Pendahuluan Dalam ajaran Islam ada dua dimensi utama hubungan yang harus dipelihara, yaitu hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya (hablun min-Allah) dan hubungan manusia dengan manusia lainnya (hablun min al-nas) dalam masyarakat serta benda yang ada di sekitarnya. Kedua hubungan tersebut harus senada dan seirama secara serentak, dan harus berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku dalam syari'at Islam.
