ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi desa, kapasitas kelembagaan, dan sumber daya Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi Penelitian Berbasis Masyarakat dengan pendekatan studi partisipatif, yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu; penilaian, wawancara mendalam, studi kelompok, dan Diskusi Kelompok Fokus (FGD). Seluruh proses melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan resmi termasuk pemerintah desa, manajemen BUMDes, pengawas BUMDes, Dewan Pemerintahan Desa, tokoh masyarakat, Lembaga Komunitas Desa, Kerjasama Antar Desa, dan Organisasi Pemuda. Metode ini diterapkan selama proses penilaian, pengumpulan data nyata, konfirmasi temuan, rekomendasi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil penelitian dan studi menunjukkan bahwa BUMDes Malar Walatra memiliki peran positif dalam mengembangkan potensi desa yang memberikan manfaat signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung bagi masyarakat setempat. Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam pengembangan pariwisata telah membawa dampak signifikan pada peningkatan pendapatan warga dan Pendapatan Asli Desa (PADes) melalui peraturan internal BUMDes, menampung pekerja baru, memperluas lapangan kerja, dan jumlah orang yang secara langsung atau tidak langsung terpapar dengan potensi desa yang dikembangkan oleh BUMDes. Selain pariwisata, hasil penelitian dan studi temuan juga merekomendasikan kopi dan gula aren yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk unggulan BUMDes Malar Walatra sebagai potensi desa. This community service prioritizes the documentation method through observation, interviews, and literature studies, which focusing on implementing of gamification in character building education that elevates the philosophical values of Reak's performing arts as its main content. This is closely related to the implementation of the preservation of local wisdom from an early age to the younger generation. A qualitative method with an ethnographic approach through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions by providing training on the Kaulinan Reak board game were uswd to analysed this project. The main targets are children in primary school who live in the vicinity of Reak Tibelat Art Studio, Kampung Jati, Cibiru, Bandung. In addition, strengthening character education is a form of concerning the implementation of habituation, practice, and a good model based on local wisdom. This habituation is realized through a fun learning process using the principles of gamification through board game teaching media and interactive teaching modules. The enthusiasm of the children in learning the philosophical values of Reak was indicated by their keenness in every learning activity using the boardgame.
Kebudayaan adalah salah satu komponen yang menunjukkan jati diri kita sebagai sebuah bangsa. Nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam seni budaya seyogyanya mampu mendorong semangat kecintaan pada kehidupan manusia dan bangsa. Kearifan lokal yang terkandung dalam seni dan budaya merupakan referensi yang bermanfaat, terutama dalam rangka edukasi generasi muda. Sementara di sisi lain, teknologi sebagai hasil kebudayaan yang bersifat fisik dianggap mereduksi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam adat istiadat, agama, dan kesenian. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi tantangan bagi budaya lokal adalah perubahan tata nilai-nilai budaya dalam masyarakat serta matinya bentuk-bentuk seni tradisi di Indonesia, khususnya Jawa Barat, yang disebabkan oleh ideologi digital dan acuhnya generasi muda akan pentingnya nilai seni dan budaya lokal. Maka, dipandang perlu menumbuhkan kesadaran bagi generasi muda untuk lebih memahami budaya yang dimilikinya melalui edukasi seni pertunjukkan reak. Merujuk pada fenomena-fenomena di atas, kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pencarian atau pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka guna mendalami seni Reak sebagai ritual, hiburan, dan memperkokoh integritas kebangsaan berdasarkan semangat Pancasila.Kata Kunci : Nilai, Kebudayaan, Kearifan Lokal, Reak, Pancasila, Disrupsi Culture is one component that shows our identity as a nation. The value of local wisdom contained in cultural arts should be able to encourage a spirit of love for human life and the nation. Local wisdom contained in art and culture is a useful reference, especially in the context of educating the younger generation. While on the other hand, technology as a physical cultural product is considered to reduce the values contained in customs, religion and art. Factors that challenge local culture are changes in cultural values in society and the death of traditional art forms in Indonesia, especially West Java, which is caused by digital ideology and the youth's indifference to the importance of local artistic and cultural values. Thus, it is deemed necessary to raise awareness for the younger generation to better understand their culture through education on reak performing arts. Referring to the above phenomena, this service activity uses a qualitative approach which is analyzed descriptively. Search or data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study in order to explore the art of Reak as a ritual, entertainment, and strengthen national integrity based on the spirit of Pancasila..Keywords: Values, Culture, Local Wisdom, Reak, Pancasila, Disruption
Research "intensity and sociality of diversity in the environment or work unit", aims to find indications of work effectiveness and the values of diversity in a pluralistic work environment on work optimization and productivity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as a random sampling instrument. The number of data population is 39 respondents. The correlation of the intensity of diversity values and work practices in a pluralistic environment is the main aspect that supports work effectiveness both internally and externally. Positive influence supports each person to feel safe, comfortable and have very good relationships. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that there is a strong and positive correlation between performance and tolerance values in a pluralistic environment with a positive percentage of 93% and 0.7% value deviation that does not support the correlation of the two variables.
The millennial geration are considered to have active characters and to master technical and individual controls. This competency is often not balanced with the individual's ability to care about the problems of national ideology. The ideology in this matter is Pancasila which is still seen as a product of the past, intimidative and even turning into techniques of mass degradation. First, the author raises the thoughts of George Ritzer and Roland Robertson who mentioned that the authenticity of globalization must be firmly grounded in globalization. Second, the writer used Gabriel Marcel's perspective which offers a different approach to the millennial generation that lives in the digital revolution, the presence as a collective action. The intended action is a social action in which individuals are willing to take part through their presence that involves feelings and openness to the issue of nationalism so that Pancasila can be experienced as an ideology that is rich in collective values and habitus.
