Software development projects require experience and knowledge of the developer or clients related to the system which will be developed. Unclear clients' needs potentially emerge many changes of needs during the process of development which can not be resolved by using conventional software development methodology. The implementation of the less significant requirements either from the clients or the other stakeholders causes the project development becomes longer. Therefore, a technique is needed to arrange the priority of software requirements. In this paper, we combine personal extreme programming (PXP) methodology with Moscow technique to overcome those problems. PXP is suitable to use in small to medium-sized projects if the clients do not know in detail about the needs in the development of applications, applications needed in relatively quick time, and the development phase is adjusted to use by a single programmer. Moscow technique was used for prioritizing requirements elicited in PXP methodology. Moscow is a method to determine priority needs based on cost, risk, and business value. This technique was applied during the planning phase of PXP to develop library application, thereby it reduced the time of project completion. The result was a library application suited the needs of clients to support business processes at Batu State Attorney's library.
Facial expression or mimic is one of the results of muscle motion on the face. In a large Indonesian dictionary, the expression is a disclosure or process of declaring, i.e. showing or expressing intentions, ideas of feelings and so on. Facial expression is affected by the cranial nerve VII or Nervus Facialis. In research conducted Paul Ekman got a standardization of expression in the format of a movement called the Facial Action Coding System (FACS). In his research, Paul Ekman said six basic expressions of happiness, sadness, shock, fear, anger, and disgust. In muscle anatomy, that every moving muscle must be contraction, and in the event of contraction, the muscle will expand or swell. Muscles are divided into three parts of origo and insersio as the tip of muscle and belli as the midpoint of the muscle, so any movement occurs then the muscle part belli will expand or swell. Data retrieval technique that is by recording data in 3D, any contraction occurs then the belli part of the muscle will swell and this data will be processed and compared. From this data processing will be obtained the maximum strength of contraction that will be used as a reference for the magnitude of expression made by the model. In the detection of expression is ecluidience distance by comparing the initial data with movement data. The result of this research is a detection of expression and the amount of expression that occurs. A conclusion of this research, we can reconstruction of facial expression detection using FACS, for the example the happiness expression using AU 6 and AU 12 and in this research AU 6 and AU 12 in area 1 and area 4, and in this area it so higher than the other.
One of the important needs of environmental health is clean water. Clean water is the most important necessity of living beings in supporting survival. The study aimed to cluster the number of cleaned water customers by province (1995-2015). The method used is data mining clustering using k-means. The sample data used 34 provinces with attribute assessment of the number of cleaned water customers by province. The clustering process is done with 3 clusters, namely (C1) Cluster High, (C2) Cluster Normal and (C3) Cluster Low, for the number of cleaned water customers who are low on the need of clean water. The results showed, C1: 6 provinces, C2: 4 provinces and C3: 24 provinces. The end centroid values used are: C1 (296587.22), C2 (995898.56) and C3 (70832.29). The results obtained on the Davies-Bouldin index for “the number of cleaned water consumers” are -0.470. based on performance results, it can be concluded that k-means algorithm is best because it has the smallest Davies-Bouldin index value. Based on research results, 70% of Indonesian people are still low awareness of the need for clean water.
Karakteristik manajemen proyek perangkat lunak adalah biaya yang mahal, waktu terbatas dan minimnya transparansi pada semua pemangku kepentingan, Perencanaan yang baik perlu diimbangi dengan pelaksanaan yang sesuai karena banyak dari proyek yang gagal karena kurangnya perencanaan. Metode Scrum dapat membantu semua pemangku kepentingan dalam memahami proyek sehingga hasil dari proyek sesuai dengan perencanaan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan metode scrum pada aplikasi manajemen proyek perangkat lunak untuk membantu tim dalam memahami proyek. Pada penelitian ini scrum tidak hanya sebagai model untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak tetapi diimplementasikan pada aplikasi sehingga manajer proyek, master scrum dan tim pengembang dapat secara mudah mengontrol task. Algoritma CoCoMo digunakan untuk mengestimasi biaya proyek, Pengujian menggunakan pengujian fungsional dan skenario yang menjelaskan permasalahan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah aplikasi dapat membantu manajer proyek, master scrum, dan tim pengembang dalam hal manajemen proyek perangkat lunak. Hasil pengujian estimasi biaya yang dilakukan menunjukkan nilai estimasi tidak melebihi 7% dari nilai real dan estimasi waktu real lebih efisien 40% dari waktu CoCoMo.

Pengukuran tingkat kematangan ini proses audit sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 proses TI kemudian dipetakan COBIT Maturity Model. Hasil penelitian kemudian dipadukan unutk mendapatkan tingkat kematangan dari proses TI.

Kebutuhan akan indekos yang sangat penting bagi mahasiswa yang melakukan studi dalam waktu yang lama dan membutuhkan tempat tinggal.Website indekos ini akan menggunakan Rational Unified Process (RUP) sebagai metode pengembangan sistem untuk membangun website ini. Dari permasalahan yang ada, maka di dapat topik yang dapat diangkat menjadi bahasan dengan judul “Penerapan Metode SDLC RUP (RATIONAL UNIFIED PROSES) Dalam Pembuatan Sistem Informasi E-kos Berbasis Web”.Rational Unified Process memiliki 4 fase yaitu inception, elaboration, Construction, Transition dan disetiap fase memiliki tugasnya masing-masing[1]. Inovasi tersebut dapat mempermudah mahasiswa mencari tempat indekos dan membantu pemilik indekos untuk membantu mempromosikan kostnya serta informasi infokosnya yang detail.
The number of Internet users around the world tends to increase every year. However
Internet media has become one of the means of product promotion that has very good prospects today. The research aims to recommend the right social media for online businesses. The data collection method was conducted by interview and questionnaire to 300 respondents who conducted online business in Pematangsiantar city by random sampling. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires obtained assessment criteria namely security (C1), application features (C2), community (C3), ease of access (C4) and response speed (C5). The alternatives used in this research are Facebook (A1), Instagram (A2), Line (A3) and WhatsApp (A4). The settlement method applied is a decision support system with the PROMETHEE II algorithm. The results of the algorithm show that the right alternative for doing online business is Facebook (A1) with a net flow of 0.25 and followed by WhatsApp (A4) with a net flow of ¬0.1. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations in conducting online business.
