A study of mathematics integration with technology and Islamic values becomes an interesting topic to be studied by many scholars. The mathematics integration is essential to be applied in learning so that it can make students become Muslim individuals who have excellent character and proficiency in utilizing technology. However, there are still few studies that investigate mathematics integration with technology and Islamic values. Therefore, this study aims to describe phenomena directly related to mathematics learning that contain Islamic values and the use of technology in the learning process. The type of this study was descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were three mathematics teachers who teach at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The study procedure was carried out to find the phenomenon of research subjects that occurred at MTs. The validity of the data used the triangulation of the source and method. Data were collected through literature review, interview, and observation. The study results showed that three MTs had applied Islamic values and technology content in mathematics learning. This study recommends the need for innovation in MTs to design mathematics-integrated learning with Islamic values and the use of technology to help teachers create efficient learning, attract students' learning interest, and create an active learning environment for students.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan film animasi aritmetika sosial berbasis ekonomi syariah yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Plomp yang terdiri dari tiga fase, yaitu fase penelitian pendahuluan, fase pembuatan prototype, dan fase penilaian. Uji coba prototype dilakukan kepada 21 siswa kelas VIII MTs di Sidoarjo, Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari lembar validasi ahli untuk menilai kevalidan, angket respons siswa untuk menilai kepraktisan, dan angket minat belajar siswa untuk menilai keefektifan film animasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan film animasi aritmetika sosial berbasis ekonomi syariah untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa MTs terhadap pembelajaran matematika yang terintegrasi dengan ilmu keislaman. Meskipun peningkatan minat belajar siswa masih tergolong rendah, namun secara keseluruhan film animasi yang dikembangkan dinilai valid, praktis, dan efektif, sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika di MTs. Development of social arithmetic animation film based on sharia economic to increase MTs students' interest in learningAbstractThis study aimed to produce an animated film of social arithmetic based on sharia economics that was valid, practical, and effective to increase students’ interest. The study was development research using Plomp’s model, which consisted of three stages: the preliminary research stage, the prototyping stage, and the assessment stage. Prototype trials were conducted on grade-eight students (n = 21) of MTs (Islamic Junior High School) in Sidoarjo, Indonesia. The instruments consisted of the expert validation sheet to assess the validity, the students' response questionnaire to assess the practicality, and the students' interest questionnaire to assess the effectiveness of the animated film. This study produced an animated film of social arithmetic based on sharia economics to increase MTs students' interest in learning mathematics integrated with Islamic science. Although the increase in student interest in learning was still low, overall, the animated film developed was considered valid, practical, and effective, so it was proper to use in mathematics learning in MTs.
Ikan molly merupakan salah satu jenis ikan hias yang memiliki karakteristik yang khas karena ikan molly merupakan ikan hias air tawar yang mampu hidup dan berkembang biak pada lingkungan bersalinitas (air payau). Induksi pemijahan ikan molly dapat dilakukan dengan perlakuan salinitas pada media pemijahannya karena sistem endokrin pada ikan molly yang berperan dalam pengaturan keseimbangan tubuh terhadap perubahan kondisi lingkungan terutama perubahan salinitas akan menjadi lebih aktif sehingga mempengaruhi metabolisme maupun reproduksi (Taufik & Kusrini, 2006). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan salinitas sebagai perangsang pemijahan pada ikan molly. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini : P1. Salinitas 10 ppt, P2. Salinitas 15 ppt, P3. salinitas 20 ppt, P4. Salinitas 25 ppt, P5. 30 ppt dengan tiga kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati anatara lain, Tingkat Kematangan Gonad (TKG), Indeks Kematangan Gonad (IKG), tingkat kelulushidupan (SR), dan masa kehamilan. Ikan yang dipelihara menunjukkan kematangan gonad yang baik sehingga terjadi pemijahan. Hasil penelitian ini, tingkat kematangan gonad tertinggi terdapat pada P1 salinitas 10 ppt dan P2 salinitas 15 ppt paling baik yakni TKG V dibanding P3, P4, dan P5 yakni TKG IV. Indeks kematangan Gonad terbaik yaitu perlakuan P1 yaitu 14,28±2,0c diikuti oleh P2 11,71±2,0bc, P3 10,74±0,76abc P5 8,01±2,34ab dan P4 7,27±2,84a.masa kehamilan paling cepat terdapat pada P1 dan P2 yakni 44 hari dan 23 hari.tingkat kelulushidupan tertinggi terjadi pada P1 dan P2 yakni 100%. Rata-rata berat mutlak tertinggi terdapat pada P1 yakni 8,01±0,82c P2 6,33±0,5bc. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, salinitas yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap indeks kematangan gonad dan berat mutlak ikan golden black molly.
