The acceleration of stunting reduction in Indonesia is one of the priority agendas in the health sector, its implementation being through various regional and tiered approaches. This paper aims to manage management using an integrated system framework approach at the regional level and to support the acceleration of stunting reduction nationally. It takes a quantitative description approach that uses secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Republic of Indonesia in 2019–2021. The locus of papers is in five provinces, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The data collection and processing consisted of twenty stunting convergence coverage referring to regulations in Indonesia. The analysis used is an integrated framework based on five dimensions. Management based on an integrated framework in a regional-based system for stunting convergence can be a solution to accelerating stunting reduction. This paper provides an option to accelerate the handling of stunting through the Integration of Service Governance-Based Systems in Districts/Cities, considering the achievements in the last three years that have not been maximally carried out in every district/city in five provinces in Kalimantan, Indonesia. This study explains that the local government needs to socialize and disseminate the commitment to stunting reduction results to reaffirm commitment and encourage all parties to actively contribute to integrated stunting reduction efforts. This paper has limitations in the implementation of dimensions that can develop in a context that is correlated with several perspectives, such as regional planning, budgetary capacity, and regional capacity.
The purpose of this study described the empowerment in terms of empowerment dimensions and form of women empowerment in the Bulutengger village. This type of research was qualitative descriptive. The results of this study showed that the dimensions of the women empowerment in the Bulutengger village consists of women's welfare dimension, participation dimension, access dimensions, critical awareness dimensions and control dimensions. In addition, the form of women's empowerment in the Bulutengger village on empowering social aspects included regular activities of the fostering family welfare, gathering and recitation. Political aspects showed that lack of rural women empowerment. It is caused rural women have not been involved in decision-making at the village level. Empowerment of women in the psychological aspects are lacking because rural women still lack the motivation to improve confidence in arguing in a public forum/village.

The concept of leaders figure that is characteristic of the village chief formulated taking into account the task of the village chief in the era of decentralization which includes governance, development and empowerment. The leader role in the decentralization era is different than any previous era. The county leadership of during this is more the role of routine tasks in running the Government from the task of development. Then it will be adopting the model of effective leadership of the American Management Association (AMA) which includes; strategic competence, performance competence, inspirational competence and character competence to motivate staff and community to enhance the potential for growth and development.
Archiving activities are part of the dministrative activities in an organization, which are very important. Archival management is a major factor in supporting the course of administrative activities in an organization. However, in practice, there are still organizations that are lacking in managing archives, so it can also affect the service process to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of electronic mail archiving applications in the form of APEL SISA in Kendel Village to realize the development of information and communication technology in achieving the Village SDGs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research refers to the theory of Muhidin and Winata (2016) that digital archive management activities include two things, namely archive storage and archive retrieval. The data collection techniques in this study were through interviews and observation. The results of this study indicate that by using APEL SISA, archive storage in Kendal Village, which was originally manual, becomes more effective and efficient in providing services to the community, and electronic retrieval of archives can facilitate archive management at the Kendal Village office. Based on this, the management of archives in Kendal Village needs to be done all electronically to make it easier to manage archives that are stored and find back archives when needed.
