Globally, one of the main causes of non-communicable disease as a cause of death every year is stroke. The objective of this study was to analyze the burden in consequence of stroke. This research used a systematic review method. Furthermore, a search for articles was carried out in June–July 2020. Four databases were used to search articles from 2015 to 2020. Eligible studies were identified, analyzed, and reported following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. The inclusion criteria were prospective cost studies, retrospective cost studies, database analysis, mathematical models, surveys, and COI studies that assess burden of stroke in primary and referral healthcare (hospital-based). The results showed that from four databases, 9270 articles were obtained, and 13 articles were qualified. A total of 9270 articles had the identified search keywords, but only 13 articles met the set criteria for inclusion. The criteria for inclusion were stroke patients, the economic burden of stroke disease based on cost of illness method, which is approximately equal to USD 1809.51–325,108.84 (direct costs 86.2%, and indirect costs 13.8%). Those that used the health expenditure method did not present the total cost; instead, only either direct or indirect cost of health expenditure were reported. For most hospital admissions due to stroke, LOS (length of stay) was the dominant cost. The high economic burden to manage stroke justifies the promotion and preventive efforts by the policymakers and motivates the practice of healthy lifestyles by the people.
Background: The increasing number of patient visits in primary healthcare centers in Surabaya causes long duration of queue in a registration counter. To solve this problem, Surabaya Government has created an online registration system in each health service provider. The e-health is expected to give a positive impact on reducing the queue traffic at the registration counter.Aim: This study identified whether the online registration system or e-health which has been implemented by primary healthcare centers in Surabaya City is successful or not.Method: This study was a literature review which collected articles from Google Scholar databases published from 2015 until 2019. Fourteen articles were collected, but only 6 articles were discussed because of their relevant topics.Results: The review shows that e-health can simplify the process of patient registration and reduce patients’ waiting time for health service delivery. The success indicators of e-health program include its well-established system, effective information system, and excellent service for community. Obstacles found in the e-health implementation involve lack of thorough socialization of e-health. In turn, the community prefers a manual registration to e-health.Conclusion: The e-health service in primary healthcare centers in Surabaya City gives a positive effect on giving a fast and easy process in the registration procedure. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling berjumlah 49 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya dan data sekunder yaitu data absensi karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya memiliki disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan, dan kinerja yang tinggi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Mutu Pelayanan Keperawatan, Citra Rumah Sakit dan Nilai terhadap Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan ukuran skala likert 1 ÔÇô 5 yang dibagikan kepada responden pasien yang dirawat inap di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Haji Surabaya sebanyak 90 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis t, menunjukan bahwa variabel mutu pelayanan keperawatan mimiliki nilai signifikansi 0,000, citra rumah sakit memiliki nilai signifikasni 0,021 dan nilai memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,020 yang berarti bahwa nilai signifikansi tersebut < 0,1 sehingga dapat disimpulkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan, citra rumah sakit dan nilai memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hasil uji F diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,1 sehingga dapat diartikan bahwa mutu pelayanan keperawatan, citra rumah sakit dan nilai berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien
