Preeclampsia is a specific condition in pregnancy characterized by placental dysfunction and maternal response to the presence of stem inflammation with endothelial activation and coagulation. The diagnosis of preeclampsia is based on the presence of hypertension and proteinuria at 20 weeks of gestation. This type of research is an analytic survey with cross-sectional study design. The population in this study are all mothers who come to visit the KIA Poly Room at Lasinrang Pinrang Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used in this study is Accidental Sampling. the number of samples in this study was 134 people. This research will be conducted at Lasinrang Pinrang Regional Hospital in July to August 2019. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between maternal age (P = 0.023), Gravida (P = 0.0001), parity (P = 0.0001) with preeclampsia in the KIA Poly Room of Lasinrang Regional Hospital Pinrang in 2019. Suggestions proposed in this study are Expected to mothers who are at risk age (<20 years and> 35 years), Primigravida (First Pregnancy), Multiparity to better maintain diet and be diligent in carrying out examinations Pregnancy during pregnancy to avoid the incidence of preeclampsia during childbirth.South Sulawesi Province (South Sulawesi) entered the top 10 of the list of provinces contributing maternal and infant mortality rates in Indonesia in 2017. This data was released directly by the South Sulawesi Health Office (DHO). The number of maternal deaths in 2017 reached 115 cases, while infant deaths reached 1,059 cases. The death cases are often found in public hospitals (RSU) with a percentage of 79.13% or as many as 91 cases. Then it happened at home with 9 cases or about 7.83%, then found at the health center with 7 cases or 6.08%, on the road 5 cases or 4.35%, in the Pustu 2 cases or 1.74% and maternity house 1 cases or 0.87%. [3].Preeclampsia is influenced by several factors namely, age, parity, history of hypertension, twin pregnancy, obesity, and diabetes mellitus [4]. The role of midwives in preventing preeclampsia in pregnancy is reducing risk factors by early detection of risk factors, giving counseling to mothers to regulate the healthy reproductive age of mothers (20-35 years), but there are still many pregnant women who do not utilize pre-delivery services, especially in rural areas [1]. Risk factors and influence on the progression of preeclampsia [5] namely the factors of maternal age, Gtavida, Parity, gestational age and body mass index (BMI), BMI values above 30 with the category of obesity, the risk of preeclampsia increased to four times.
Nutrition is an important issue for school students in cities and villages. In terms of determining what to consume, it influences knowledge of attitudes and practices in choosing foods and applies patterns that are under the general information of balanced nutrition. This study aims to determine the comparison of knowledge, attitudes, and practices of balanced nutrition in urban high school students with rural high school students in Pinrang Regency 2017. The type of research in this study is a comparative study that is a study comparing the state of one or more variables in two or more samples is different, with the number of respondents 45 respondents in urban high schools and the number of respondents in rural high schools 45 respondents determined using accidental sampling. Based on the results of research conducted showed that for the knowledge variable with a value of p = 1,000 where (p> 0.1), for the attitude variable with a value of p = 0.822 where (p> 0.1), and for the practice variable with a value of p = 0.925 where (p> 0.1) this shows that there is no difference in knowledge, attitudes, and practices of balanced nutrition between urban high school students and rural high school students means the null hypothesis (Ho) is accepted so that there is no difference in knowledge, attitudes, and practice of balanced nutrition between urban high school students and rural high school students in Pinrang Regency. Teenage eating behaviors in both cities and villages need to be improved with the assistance of parents and the school because all students have not been eating well according to the general message of balanced nutrition.From the 2010 Riskesdas data, the prevalence of adolescents aged 13-15 years who have lean body weight is 12.4 percent in men and 7.7 percent in women. The World Health Organization (WHO) designated Covid-19 as a pandemic on March 11, 2020. Therefore, it is not surprising that government leaders in many countries are struggling to get out of the covid-19 outbreak with their respective approaches. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of Selayar Islands Regency government policies in handling the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method with the selection of informants by purposive sampling. The research variable uses the theory of Marsh & Smith (2000) which develops a dialectical model that aims to explain further about the role of actors, actor relations, and their interests in the policy formulation process. The handling of the covid-19 pandemic. The results show that the attitude of the local government in responding to the Covid-19 pandemic case in the Selayar Islands Regency is very serious, this is evidenced by the rapid response in handling Covid-19 cases starting from the emergence of the first case until the time this research was carried out. . Coordination between stakeholders in handling the COVID-19 pandemic in the Selayar Islands district has generally been going well, although it can't be said to be optimal. The behavior of the people of the Selayar Islands district in the application of health protocols in general is high enough to prevent the spread of covid-19 in the Selayar Islands Regency, however, there are still a small number of people in the Selayar Islands district who still do not believe in this pandemic.
Family health independence includes: being able to recognize various health problems, being able to decide on appropriate nursing actions, being able to carry out proper daily care at home, being able to support and improve the health of all family members, being able to take advantage of health services. The number of affected communities in the Puskesmas is less than the standard set by the government. In 2021 for the January – August period, the number of visits for hypertension cases at the Antang Health Center in Makassar City was 1,851 of the total number of non-communicable disease cases, where the number of visits for hypertension cases in the August 2021 period was 268 cases with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Manggala sub-district as an area. Its work reached 5,032 cases as of August 28, 2021. Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Interviews were conducted with 11 informants, including 5 patients with hypertension, 5 patients' families, and 1 health worker. Data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques, observation techniques and documentation techniques. The validity of the data using triangulation, namely triangulation of data sources, triangulation of theories, and triangulation of methods. The results showed that family independence in patients with hypertension had been carried out very well and full of attention, based on this it was found that the level of family independence was at the 4th level, namely accepting health workers to take active promotive actions. Health workers have also made regular visits and checked the health of patients, provided education, and brought medicines needed by patients, health workers also provided education regarding the prevention of COVID-19 to families and patients and also the dangers of complications between hypertension and Covid-19.
