The relationship between such legal categories as "policy" and "law", which gives rise to such a legal phenomenon as "legal policy", is analysed. The general theoretical description of the concept of "legal policy", its features, principles of functioning are given. The essence of the legal policy is explained and the newest approaches in the formation of the legal policy are substantiated. The priority directions of implementing the legal policy in Ukraine, in particular on the basis of Christian legal traditions are also highlighted.
Nowadays, the massive transition of retail to the Internet and the replacement of such salespeople with artificial intelligence, and the use of artificial intelligence to process large databases of potential buyers, along with engaging chatbots to communicate with buyers of goods, creates many possible ways to violate human rights. Thus, among the violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the field of artificial intelligence in e-commerce can be called a violation of the rules of collection and processing of personal data, use of personal information, interference with privacy. The main idea of the article is to find a way to legal regulation of such kind of civil relations. As a result of the study, it is possible to make the following conclusions. Firstly, there is a widespread introduction of artificial intelligence into the e-commerce field. Secondly, the issue of the development of legal regulation on the use of artificial intelligence is addressed both at the international and national levels, both in the private sector and at the level of state and supranational bodies. Finally, the issue of legal regulation of relations related to the use of artificial intelligence in e-commerce in domestic legal doctrine is almost not addressed and there is no proper legal framework (to regulate these relations) in Ukraine.
The introduction of new technologies, as well as digital is a new logical stage in the development of society, affecting all areas of humanity, including legal. The digitalization of society is becoming the most important factor in economic growth and is a modern trend in the development of any country in the world. Ukraine is no exception to this list, as it has chosen to bring its national legal system closer to the European Union's legal system and international legal standards, which is a complex and lengthy process. Unfortunately, so far there are no generally accepted and harmonized definitions and legal definitions for the legal regulation of introducing digital technologies in the Ukrainian legal system. This necessitates a more thorough study of implementing digital technologies in the legal field. This article is devoted to the problems concerning legal regulation of remote court proceedings by videoconference, which is designed to simplify access to justice and lead to savings in material and procedural means in court proceedings. The purpose of this article is to identify problematic issues regarding legal regulation of distance litigation in Ukraine and to propose mechanisms for its improvement as well as to harmonize it with international legal standards.
