Resumo: Este artigo busca analisar fragmentos do caso Dora, de Freud, a partir dos quatro discursos lacanianos. Para isso, apresentamos alguns conceitos psicanalíticos que compõem a teoria dos quatro discursos, para depois desenvolver cada um dos matemas estabelecidos por Lacan. No caso Dora, analisamos alguns episódios descritos por Freud, mas também teorizações de outros psicanalistas acerca do tema. Concluímos que novas leituras de casos clínicos são possíveis a partir da noção dos quatro discursos, uma vez que nos apontam para os modos com que o sujeito se relaciona com o Outro no laço social.
Objetivo: descrever as características das produções científicas relativas a urgência subjetiva e identificar as produções científicas que relacionem urgência subjetiva, psicanálise e enfermagem. Método: Foi realizada uma revisão integrativa de literatura, nas bases de dados: LILACS, SCIELO, (MEDLINE) PUBMED, CINAHL PSYCINFO, PEPSIC, Web of Science, SCOPUS, BDENF e BVS. O recorte temporal foi de 2010 a 2020. Foram incluídos artigos nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Resultados: Foram selecionados 14 artigos. Constatou que a maioria das publicações foram na região sudeste, os profissionais que mais produziram sobre o tema foram psicólogos e com formação em psicanálise. Evidenciou- se que é ausente a produção e publicação sobre urgência subjetiva por enfermeiros independente de formação em psicanálise. A urgência subjetiva é um tema abordado no campo da Psicanálise sob os referenciais de Freud e Lacan. O estudo teve como categoria a Experiência do Sujeito, Reconhecimento e Intervenção da Urgência Subjetiva. Conclusão: conclui-se que a urgência subjetiva na esfera da produção científica da enfermagem mostra-se ainda frágil, o que também pode refletir que no âmbito da atuação desse profissional a urgência subjetiva é ausente como referência clínica.
