This article is devoted to the description of the simulation process of automatic control systems using the SimInTech dynamic modeling environment. Here is given a brief his-tory of the development of the software package from simulation to end-to-end process of creating the automatic control systems. Also describes the purpose of mathematical modeling of automatic control systems. The article presents basic information on modeling and development process in the environment. The example detailed step by step creation of an automation scheme is considered. The advantages and disadvantages of the SimInTech environment are shown in comparison with the competitive environment of Simulink.
The aim of the study is to search and systematize genes associated with the probiotic properties of strains of the genus Lactobacillus, which are symbionts of the gastrointestinal tract of animals. The following purpose were pursued in the study: to establish the molecular features of the probiotic properties of strains of the genus Lactobacillus; to find the genes associated with probiotic properties of Lactobacillus strains; to systematize the genes found according to the molecular characteristics of their products; to characterize these genes, evaluate perspectives of searching for new and using already found ones. Various genomic and proteomic databases were used to search for information on the genetics of probiotic strains. In the course of the study, genes that provide probiotic activity were found, characterized and systematized. These genes are associated with the ability of probiotics to develop in the digestive tract of animals, the ability to attach to the intestinal walls, nutritional characteristics and antipathogenic activity, which manifests in the synthesis of low and high molecular weight metabolites.

Суть способа заключается в комплексном физико-химическом воздействии переменного магнитного поля в сочетании с химическим реагентом. Устройством реализации предложенного способа является индуктор. В качестве параметра, характеризующего энергетическую эффективность технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства, выбрана удельная электрическая энергоёмкость. Для повышения эффективности исследования технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства предлагается использовать математическую теорию планирования эксперимента. Материалы и методы. В ходе проведения данного исследования использовались методы: инструментального, прямого и косвенного измерения, статистической обработки данных, математическая теория планирования эксперимента. Результаты исследования. Экспериментально исследовано влияние технологических факторов на энергетическую эффективность технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства. На основании полученных данных выполнено ранжирование по силе влияния технологических факторов на удельную электрическую энергоёмкость процесса. Установлена несущественная степень влияния оценок коэффициентов парного взаимодействия, на что указывает их отсутствие в математической модели. Обсуждение и заключения. Создана математическая модель технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства, позволяющая оценить влияния технологических факторов на удельную электрическую энергоёмкость процесса обеззараживания. Introduction. A perspective method of the livestock wastes disinfection is considered. The key point of the method is in complex physical and chemical impact of the variable magnetic field coupled with a chemical reagent. The device for implementing the proposed technique is an inductor. Electric energy intensity is selected as a parameter characterizing the energy efficiency of the of livestock wastes disinfection process. To increase the efficiency of investigating the livestock wastes disinfection process, it is proposed to use the mathematical experimental design theory. Materials and Methods. In the course of this research, the following techniques were used: instrument, direct and indirect methods of measurement, statistical processing technique, and mathematical experimental design theory. Research Results. The effect of technological factors on the energy efficiency of the livestock wastes disinfection process is experimentally investigated. On the basis of the data obtained, the strength effect ranking of the technology factors on the specific electrical energy capacity of the process is performed. A noncritical degree of impact of evaluating the pair-wise interaction coefficients is established. Their absence in the mathematical model suggests this. Discussion and Conclusions. The article presents a method for determining the optimal losses of grain during combine harvesting (direct and with the selection of rolls). Based on the quoted operating costs. It is shown that there is no need to limit the losses from mechanical damage to the grain. But their level should not exceed 2.2%. Under these conditions, the cleaning period should be no more than 14 days and there will be a reduction in the reduced costs by 0.3%.
