Суть способа заключается в комплексном физико-химическом воздействии переменного магнитного поля в сочетании с химическим реагентом. Устройством реализации предложенного способа является индуктор. В качестве параметра, характеризующего энергетическую эффективность технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства, выбрана удельная электрическая энергоёмкость. Для повышения эффективности исследования технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства предлагается использовать математическую теорию планирования эксперимента. Материалы и методы. В ходе проведения данного исследования использовались методы: инструментального, прямого и косвенного измерения, статистической обработки данных, математическая теория планирования эксперимента. Результаты исследования. Экспериментально исследовано влияние технологических факторов на энергетическую эффективность технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства. На основании полученных данных выполнено ранжирование по силе влияния технологических факторов на удельную электрическую энергоёмкость процесса. Установлена несущественная степень влияния оценок коэффициентов парного взаимодействия, на что указывает их отсутствие в математической модели. Обсуждение и заключения. Создана математическая модель технологического процесса обеззараживания стоков животноводства, позволяющая оценить влияния технологических факторов на удельную электрическую энергоёмкость процесса обеззараживания. Introduction. A perspective method of the livestock wastes disinfection is considered. The key point of the method is in complex physical and chemical impact of the variable magnetic field coupled with a chemical reagent. The device for implementing the proposed technique is an inductor. Electric energy intensity is selected as a parameter characterizing the energy efficiency of the of livestock wastes disinfection process. To increase the efficiency of investigating the livestock wastes disinfection process, it is proposed to use the mathematical experimental design theory. Materials and Methods. In the course of this research, the following techniques were used: instrument, direct and indirect methods of measurement, statistical processing technique, and mathematical experimental design theory. Research Results. The effect of technological factors on the energy efficiency of the livestock wastes disinfection process is experimentally investigated. On the basis of the data obtained, the strength effect ranking of the technology factors on the specific electrical energy capacity of the process is performed. A noncritical degree of impact of evaluating the pair-wise interaction coefficients is established. Their absence in the mathematical model suggests this. Discussion and Conclusions. The production of reinforced concrete products is accompanied by the release of dust into the volume of the workshop, which has a negative effect on the air condition of the working area and on the health of workers in these industries. In the article, using the example of a workshop for the production of reinforced concrete slabs, the trajectory of the particles of emitted dust is shown according to the workshop model constructed and calculated by the SPH method. Methods of supplying supply air to the working area are considered. Under the same initial conditions, the numerical values of the speed of the supply air were calculated for each method of air supply and the most suitable scheme for this workshop is selected.
The intensive development of the infrastructure of large cities, which took place in the second half of the twentieth century, led to the fact that enterprises specializing in the production of building materials and products were in close proximity to urban residential areas. This determines an increase in the requirements for the efficiency and reliability of dust removal systems designed, as is known, to ensure the standardized quality of the air environment of settlements and industrial premises. The dust generated in the production of building materials, in many cases, has abrasive properties, which leads to accelerated wear of the elements of dust cleaning systems. The experience of using such systems shows that dust collectors, as well as shaped parts of air ducts (bends, tees, etc.), through which the dust and gas mixture is transported to dust collectors, are most susceptible to abrasion. Abrasive wear of dust collectors during operation leads to an increase in dust leakage into the atmospheric air into the air of the working area. During operation of a dust-cleaning unit under pressure, damage to the walls of the air ducts also leads to knocking out the transported dust. The supercritical wear of the elements of the dust removal system leads to its failure. The article presents some results of studies of the dust properties of building materials that determine the process of abrasive wear.
The list of goals for the implementation of the «regulatory guillotine» includes: the creation in the field of regulation of a new system of clear and readable requirements for business entities, removal of excessive administrative burden on business entities, reduction of risks of causing harm (damage) to the protected values using modern means and methods of the digital economy. The article is devoted to the issues of improving the work efficiency of the certified specialists of the accredited testing laboratories with the introduction of new regulatory legal acts that establish the requirements, conformity with which is subject to verification in the implementation of the state control (supervision). These documents are developed considering the risk-oriented approach and the current level of digital technological development. An electronic digital platform is created, which includes a specialized software application based on the Android and web interface. It contains personal accounts for the work of a specialist, administrator, and archivist of an accredited testing laboratory. The use of the Liftguru software in the preparation of technical documentation of an accredited testing laboratory based on the results of the elevator conformity assessment in accordance with the procedures provided for in GOST R 58973—2020 «Conformity assessment. Rules for registration of test reports», ensures an increase in the productivity of a specialist who directly performs research and measurements. It also allows to organize electronic document workflow with the presence of an electronic digital signature. The software received a certificate of state registration of the program for the preparation of technical documentation of an accredited testing laboratory based on the results of the elevator conformity assessment. The developers also received a certificate of conformity confirming the possibility of industrial use of the Liftguru software by the accredited testing laboratories.
