L.IMAGES OF LANDSAT-8 TO MONITOR THE SURFACES ON IRRIGATED AREA 2 ABSTRACT The study aims to analyze NDVI (Difference Vegetation Index Normalized) and SAVI (Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index) for two periods (rainy and dry) on irrigated area. The study area has constant expansion on irrigation center pivot, it is located near the Paranapanema - SP county. For this study we used two images of Landsat 8 orbital platform. The images were processed using QGIS 2.2 program. To obtain the indexes, it was held radiometric calibration, which is the transformation of digital numbers in corresponding physical, radiance and reflectance, and atmospheric correction using the DOS method (Dark Object Substraction). These procedures were performed on semi automatic classification plugin. After appropriate calibrations and corrections, it were computed the vegetation indexes. These gave allowance for monitoring agricultural crops in different management systems (irrigated and rainfed) and analysis of seasons (wet and dry). As an aid for monitoring areas, we merged a RGB 432 composition, with a panchromatic band. This product allowed a pre - analysis of conditions and types of land use in the study area. The maps obtained from NDVI and SAVI, allowed to infer about the physiological conditions and growth stages vegetation in different land uses. During the dry season, we found average rates which has lower values than the rainy season. This occurred, mainly, due to water stress conditions, which is characteristic of that season. Thus, the estimation of parameters for the study area were extremely valuable in analysis of vegetation conditions, on different scenarios, because through these, became possible to infer about the differences in seasons analized and different land uses. Then, these analisys served as an aid for farmers in decision making, regard the management of their areas, which is related to water requirements of crops. Keywords: Remote sensing, agriculture monitoring, center pivot.

REMOTE SENSING FOR THE SUGARCANE PRODUCTIVITY MODELING ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to model the sugarcane productivity correlations with vegetation indexes obtained through orbital image analysis. From the analysis was elaborated mathematical models to explain sugarcane productivity through geoprocessing and remote sensing techniques. The experiment was carried out in the commercial production area of Agrícola Rio Claro, a partner of the Zilor group, located in the municipalities of Lençóis Paulista and Pratânia, SP, with approximately 6,000 hectares, with altimetry varying between 600 and 700 meters. It was verified that the modeling was satisfactory, varying the coefficient of determination between 0,15 and 0,97. Once in periods with high determination coefficients, areas of agglomerated form can usually be found, which suggests a lower incidence of variables. While, in periods with low determination coefficients, can be explain due to listed factors that occurred as dispersion of the stands in the area, classes of soil, precipitation and probably different varieties of the crop. Keywords: vegetation index, landsat8, multiple linear regression.

SPATIALIZATION SOIL VARIABLE AS SUPPORT FOR AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT IN SUGARCANEAbstract -This study aimed to verify the spatial distribution of electrical conductivity (EC), organic matter (OM) and cation exchange capacity (CEC) by geostatistical technique, such as support to farmers in decision making in the crop of sugarcane. The IDE analysis (Spatial Dependence Index) found that all variables showed degree of strong spatial dependence. The variogram showed a satisfactory cross validation, the mean standardized error close to zero meaning that the model is not biased and the variance standardized error is close to one, which means that the resulting estimation model is accurate. The EC spatialization has shown lowest values in the central and highest values along the west edge of the field. The distribution of OM showed a trend of decrease from east to west and lower values in the central area. The spatial variability of CEC increased from east to west, with the highest values in the center area and along the western edge. From the variability maps, there is a greater reliability in the implementation of strategic sampling and identification of homogenous management zones.
