Дослiджено фiзико-хiмiчнi властивостi легуючого сплаву, отриманого вiдновлювальною плавкою. Це необхiдно для визначення параметрiв, що знижують втрати Ni та Cr при переробцi оксидної легованої сировини та використаннi отриманої легуючої добавки. Визначено, що в сплавi при Si:C в шихтi 0,14-0,50 (O:C=1,78) присутнi фази: твердий розчин C та легуючих елементiв в γ-Fe та Fe 3 Si. При Si:C=0,14 переважає твердий розчин C та легуючих елементiв в γ-Fe при слабкому проявi Fe3Si. Поетапна змiна Si:C в шихтi на 0,26, 0,38 та 0,50 дала пiдвищення прояву Fe 3 Si. Мiкроструктура сплаву при рiзному Si:C в шихтi мала чiткий прояв декiлькох фаз, з рiзним вмiстом основних легуючих елементiв. Вмiст Ni-2,97-14,10 % мас., Cr-0,91-17,91 % мас. З пiдвищенням Si:C в шихтi з 0,14 до 0,50 спостерiгалося пiдвищення вмiсту Si з 0,04 % мас. до 0,55 % мас. Вуглець в дослiджених локальних дiлянках поверхнi сплаву, що пiдлягали рентгенiвському мiкроаналiзу, мав значення вiд 0,51 до 1,48 % мас. Локальнi дiлянки мiкроструктури з пiдвищеним Mo (до 9,10 % мас.), Si та C вказують на можливiсть присутностi Mo у виглядi силiцидiв або карбосилiцидiв. З отриманих результатiв дослiдження витiкає, що найбiльш прийнятним Si:C в шихтi є 0,26 (при O:C=1,78). В цьому випадку забезпечується вiдновлення з переважанням у фазовому складi твердого розчину C та легуючих елементiв в γ-Fe та проявом залишкового Si у виглядi силiцидiв. Тобто визначено показники отримання сплаву з вiдносно низьким вмiстом Si та C, але достатнiм для забезпечення необхiдної вiдновної та розкиснюючої здатностi сплаву. Це розширює можливостi ресурсозбереження з використанням отриманого сплаву з замiною деякої частики стандартних легуючих матерiалiв при виплавцi обмежених по вуглецю та кремнiю марок сталей Ключовi слова: окалина корозiйностiйких сталей, легованi техногеннi вiдходи, вiдновна плавка, рентгенофазовi дослiдження
This article is devoted to improving the efficiency of the milking process by improving the mode of milk transport by using a two-chamber milking cluster with partial air intake into the milk collecting chamber in the d-phase. Creating a two-chamber cluster with partial air intake will combine the main benefits of operating a milking machine with an alternate and simultaneous pulsator, stabilize the vacuum pressure in the b-phase and create a sufficient pressure gradient in the d-phase. To establish and verify the design parameters of the twochamber milking cluster, a program and methodology for conducting experimental studies have been developed. Experimental samples of the milking cluster and a laboratory stand with the possibility of varying factors were developed for the research. To determine the influence of factors on the amplitude of the oscillation of the vacuum pressure in the collecting chamber of the cluster in the b-phase and in the d-phase compression stroke, a screening factor experiment was performed. It is experimentally established that the vacuum pressure resistance in the b-phase, within the zootechnical requirements, will be at the diameter of the throttle hole within 2-3 mm, and the diameter of the milk hose more than 12 mm. The use of the milk hose d h = 10 mm in combination with the small diameter of the throttle hole gives a vacuum variation from 15 to 17 kPa. This is characterized by insufficient air supply and does not provide a pressure difference for transporting a portion of milk to the milk line. The use a 12 mm diameter milk hose creates a vacuum pressure drop from 18 to 11 kPa. The use of a 14 mm diameter milk hose creates a drop in vacuum pressure within the range of 38 to 27 kPa, which is not enough to transport the milk-air mixture.
Дослiджено фiзико-хiмiчнi властивостi продуктiв вуглецевотермiчного вiдновлення оксидної хромвмiсної рудної сировини. Це необхiдно для визначення параметрiв, що знижують втрати Cr при переробцi рудних матерiалiв i використаннi металiзованих хромвмiсних легуючих добавок у сталеплавильному виробництвi. Визначено, що пiдвищення температури обробки з 1250 K до 1450 K призвело до збiльшення прояву Cr 23 C 6 та (Cr, Fe) 7 C 3. При цьому дифракцiйнi максимуми Cr 2 O 3 вiдповiдали тенденцiї послаблення та пiсля обробки при 1450 K мали залишковий характер. Cr 3 C 2 на дифрактограмах провялявся лише пiсля обробки при 1250 K. Фаза металевого Cr прослiдковувалась в зразках пiсля обробки при 1350 K та 1450 K з пiдсиленням iнтенсивностi прояву при збiльшеннi температури нагрiвання. Визначено, що мiкроструктура продуктiв вiдновлення неоднорiдна з присутнiстю часток рiзного розмiру та хiмiчного складу. З пiдвищенням температури вiдновлення з 1250 K до 1350 K та 1450 K i розвитком вiдновних процесiв мало мiсце спiкання часток з утворенням губчастої мiкроструктури. Виявлено дiлянки, що характеризували включення i фази iз вмiстом Cr до 65,10 % мас., Fe-до 16,13 % мас. Також виявлено окремi локальнi дiлянки з частками з вiдносно високим вмiстом рудних домiшок та вуглецю. З отриманих результатiв дослiдження витiкає, що найбiльш прийнятною температурою для вiдновлення є 1450 K. В цьому випадку забезпечується вiдновлення з переважанням у фазовому складi Cr металевого та карбiдiв (Fe, Cr) 7 C 3 i Cr 23 C 6 вiдносно оксидної складової Cr 2 O 3. При цьому менший залишковий вмiст вуглецю обумовлений бiльш високою ефективнiстю дiї вiдновника порiвняно з iншими температурними режимами. Завдяки губчастiй мiкроструктурi стає можливим бiльш швидке розчинення, порiвняно iз стандартними феросплавами, при цьому реалiзується скорочення часу виплавки Ключовi слова: хромвмiсна оксидна рудна сировина, фазовий аналiз, вуглецевотермiя, карбiд, легування, вiдновлення
