AbstractThe issue of values is exposed in the first analysis, proposing some definitions, classification. Then, the issue of Human Rights is exposed, as a possible universal frame for considering a group of ethical values. Education is also considered and some ideas that connect Education with Human Rights. Play and possible definitions are analyzed, and also its necessary connection with art, both human activities in which ludic and aesthetic elements are aroused. The strong relation among ludic elements of playing, the aesthetic element and the ethical values, is presented. Finally, a proposal of a ludic -aesthetic experience with children and its connection with ethic is developed.
