Electronic commerce (e-commerce) developing rapidly in Indonesia in recent years, which is one of effort to expand the reach of marketing to be more effective and efficient. This study aims to examined the effect of system quality, information quality, e-service quality and perceived value to online loyalty on Shopee customer at Padang City. This is explanatory research with quantitative method. The data were collected from 250 customer of Shopee, that have an shopped on Shopee's website more than twice. This research uses SEM-PLS with smartPLS 3 program. The result show that system quality, information quality, e-service quality and perceived value had positive and significant influence on online loyalty. Therefore, this study provides an overview of e-commerce website consumers who are more concerned about the quality of websites, so companies must focus on improving the quality of e-commerce websites.
The objective of this research is to identify conceptually factors affecting ICT adoption and its impact among Indonesian SMEs. The prior studies involve conceptual model of the combination between Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory, The technology-organization-environment (TEO) theory, and Iocovou's framework. The prior studies believed the Internal and external factors influencing ICT adoption. This study found that the characteristic of technology, organization, and managerial are included as internal factors in adopting ICT. In the meantime, environment factors also are included as the external factor.
This study aims to investigate e-health use in some hospitals in Indonesia through the readiness model. The readiness factor identified as the core, societal, technological and engagement readiness also expected efforts. The research model measured the influence of the readiness factors on e-health adoption and their impact on performance. A-104 respondent of e-health user among hospitals across Indonesia were obtained accidentally in the e-survey technique. The data was analysed to test six hypotheses using SEM/PLS. The result of this study identified four out of six hypotheses tested significantly influenced including core, societal, and technological readiness and impacted on performance achievement.
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence donors in giving waqf. In addition, it also gives consideration to decision makers related to waqf in Indonesia. The method in this study is a qualitative research with a description of previous research, through secondary data obtained from scientific journals, websites, books, and other electronic media sources related to the study discussed. The journals reviewed are journals published from 2012-2021. The theories discussed in this study are TRA and TPB. The findings of this study indicate that the factors of religiosity, attitude, subject norm, and convenience have a significant positive effect on the amount of waqf issued by donors or waqif (waqf givers). Through this study, it is hoped that this will become a consideration, especially for writers, as well as readers, and recommendations for waqf institutions to increase the convenience of the waqf system. In addition, the government (as a policy maker) should support waqf givers to continue to participate in this waqf practice for the good and welfare of the ummah.
