RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar como as redes sociais digitais podem ser ferramentas essenciais para profissionais dentro dos serviços de saúde, mediante as alterações que ocorreram com a pandemia. As rotinas de prática assistencial para o público infantojuvenil na clínica psicossocial foram diretamente afetadas. Metodologia: Em uma abordagem qualitativa descritiva prospectiva, esse artigo apresenta o planejamento, a execução e os desafios enfrentados pela equipe de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Infantil no Distrito Federal na utilização das redes sociais como fontes de comunicação e atendimento. Trata-se de um grupo terapêutico para adolescentes, no qual o meio de comunicação e mediação das discussões foi um chat online. Na condução do grupo a equipe é composta por três profissionais da unidade, e a duração do chat é de uma hora e meia. Conclusão: O uso das mídias sociais é um meio de orientação, acolhimento e esclarecimento de dúvidas é facilmente articulado pela equipe, seja por meio de teleatendimento, chats online, vídeo chamadas. Aliás, tais recursos digitais devem ser utilizados com responsabilidade por profissionais de saúde. As informações e abordagens devem priorizar a privacidade dos relatos dos pacientes e a veracidade das informações compartilhadas acerca das precauções em frente a pandemia do COVID-19. Since the emergence of Covid-19, the routines inside de psychosocial clinic were directly affected. Methods: This article possesses a qualitative approach, which description is about the schedule, execution, effectiveness, and challenges will be presented for a Mental Health Unit from a Psychosocial Clinic at Distrito Federal, Brasilia - Brazil. Social media was selected to be a major tool for communication and assistance for kids, adolescents, and families. The initiative is a therapeutic online group for adolescents. The discussions and interactions were held by online chat. All the conduction is executed by mental health professionals from a reference local unit. Conclusion: Social media has great potential to establish a good and healthy connection with their patients during the quarantine. It can be used as a means of orientation, welcoming, and further explanations. The Health Team can use alternatives of home-office, live web chats, video calls, and smart posts on open or private social media. That said, it must be used by health professionals with accurate responsibility to avoid fake news and to preserve all patient information. Key-words: Adolescents, mental health, Coronavirus, HIT.

Hodiernamente, a realidade da prática dos profissionais da Terapia Ocupacional, depara-se com o crescimento exponencial no número de diagnósticos e hipóteses diagnósticas de crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). O TEA é caracterizado pela alteração das funções do neurodesenvolvimento do indivíduo, que interfere na capacidade de comunicação, linguagem, interação social e comportamento (BRASIL, 2022).
Resumo-Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento, análise e comparação das antenas de microfita de patch retangular e elíptico para aplicação na nova tecnologia de quinta geração de comunicação sem fio, na frequência de 28 GHz, em ambiente indoor. O software High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) foi utilizado na simulação e o desempenho foi analisado através do ganho, perda de retorno, perda de inserção e diagrama de irradiação das antenas. As antenas foram fabricadas com a placa RT/Duroid 5880LZ que apresenta o menor valor de constante dielétrica disponível no mercado, igual a 1,96. Os protótipos desenvolvidos mostraram boa adequabilidade dos resultados medidos com a simulação, apresentando perda de retorno igual a 24,78 dB para a antena de microfita de patch retangular e 15,75 dB para a elíptica, ambas em torno de 28 GHz.
O Programa de Habilidades Sociais foi desenvolvido para crianças com Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA). Foram realizadas intervenções com atividades lúdicas e treino de habilidades sociais em uma oficina terapêutica para crianças diagnosticadas com TEA durante um período de cinco meses com oito crianças de 3 a 5 anos. Foi utilizado um questionário semi estruturado para coleta de dados juntamente com o protocolo VB-MAPP para avaliação e inclusão dos participantes. Foi possível observar progresso em habilidades sociais nas oito crianças e identificar o uso de recursos lúdicos como um fator essencial no treino de habilidades sociais para crianças com TEA. Abstract:The Social Skills Program was developed for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). During the practice of occupational therapy, assessments of demands with VB-MAPP protocol for eight children of 3 to 5 years old for period of five months, creation of the workshop with playful activities and training of social skills for ASD. It was observed that the eight children showed progress in social skills. It was possible to identify the use of playful resources as an essential factor in the training of social skills for children with ASD.Keywords: Autistic Disorder. Social Skills. Occupational Therapy. Resumen:El Programa de Habilidades Sociales fue desarrollado para niños con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA). Durante la práctica de terapia ocupacional, llevaron a cabo evaluaciones de las demandas protocolo VB-MAPP de ocho niños de 3 a 5 años por un período de cinco meses, creación del taller con actividades lúdicas y capacitación en habilidades sociales para el TEA. Se observó que los ocho niños mostraban progresos las habilidades sociales. Fue posible identificar el uso de recursos lúdicos como factor esencial la formación de habilidades sociales para los niños con TEA.Palabras clave: Transtorno Autístico. Habilidades Sociales.
