One of the objectives sought within the teaching-learning processes is the apprehension of knowledge. In the cultural and heritage tourism sector, these processes are integrated with the help of the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), such as immersive technologies, to develop new forms of interaction, improve the user experience, disseminate knowledge, and promote these destinations. Given the boom in technological development and its application in tourism, this study is based on analyzing through a systematic literature review the research progress that has been made in this area. The proposed methodology comprises a series of information search and characterization stages in which 54 studies are analyzed. The systematic analysis and breakdown stage highlights the use of gamification and e-Learning as key tools for the apprehension of knowledge in tourism environments, showing its versatility in developing digital tools for different contexts. The results allow proposing a research agenda based on three key components: e-Learning as an instrument of interactive education where technologies are articulated with pedagogical aspects, dynamic marketing, and its replicability in different tourism sectors, as well as the development of advergames and the development of gamification techniques and games from the technological field and its characteristics as an evaluative tool in the field of learning.
Due to the rapid and constant changes in the market, organizations are increasingly forced to develop innovative products or services with added value. In Colombia, a large percentage of information and communications technology (ict) firms concentrate in the city of Medellín. For these organizations, developing and implementing innovation capabilities (ics) is considered strategic and essential to strengthen their competitiveness and the economic contribution of the ict sector to the city and the country, which is reflected in the national gdp. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the variables that lead to the identification and incorporation of ics by firms in the ict sector through a systematic literature review (slr) in the 6 most relevant bibliographic databases. The results obtained were used for the analysis of the ict sector in Medellín. According to our findings, firms must possess the necessary innovation capabilities and competencies to develop skills and knowledge oriented to research and development and to be competitive in the market, considering the transformations of the industry. In addition, identifying and incorporating ics into their organizational structures allow them to improve decision-making and create strategies that contribute to strengthening their innovation activity and competitive advantage.

The analysis and systematic breakdown stage highlight the use of augmented reality, virtual reality, and e-learning as key tools for the apprehension of knowledge in tourism environments, showing their versatility in the development of digital tools for different contexts. The analysis of the results is based on indicators of quantity, quality, and structure, which allow us to know aspects of productivity, the impact generated in the academic community, and the relationships formed. The information on authors, journals, and countries shows the relevance and interest of this topic within the research agendas. Asian and European countries stand out for their production and impact, as well as the authors who develop their advances in these regions. It is found that immersive technologies and e-Learning are of great importance for developing strategies that allow the development of training and knowledge dissemination processes, and the cultural tourism sector is the most benefited.
En el campo de estudio de la gestión organizacional, la medición del desempeño es de gran relevancia, ya que mide la capacidad de las organizaciones para cumplir sus objetivos. De esta forma, las directivas de la empresa pueden analizar desde diferentes niveles su gestión en relación con los procesos, objetivos, recursos, estrategias y cultura. Sin embargo, las organizaciones deportivas cuentan con diferentes públicos de interés, así como diversos tipos de análisis de acuerdo con su estructura y comportamiento organizacional, lo cual genera disparidad en los procesos de verificación y control asociados a la medición del desempeño para el logro de los objetivos organizacionales. Es por esto por lo que se hace necesario generar conocimiento en esta área. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo identificar variables de medición del desempeño aplicables a las organizaciones deportivas, que contribuya al fortalecimiento de la toma de decisiones. La metodología utilizada fue una revisión sistemática de literatura, posteriormente un análisis a través del software NVivo. Como resultado principal, se encontró el hallazgo de siete principales variables de medición del desempeño aplicables a las organizaciones deportivas: la creatividad, la innovación, la productividad, la eficiencia, la eficacia, la competitividad y la rentabilidad.
UNESCO Global Geoparks are characterized by their contribution to the conservation of natural, geological, and cultural resources of the regions where they are located. Geoparks also represent an important figure within the sustainable development of the regions, so strategies around economic growth, conservation, and promotion of education are a fundamental part of their raison d'être. This study aims to identify the main trends in educational and conservation processes in geoparks worldwide. The methodological approach is based on the review of 114 articles from a search equation in the Scopus database, analyzing the results through a series of quantity, quality, and structure indicators. The search period is between 2005 and 2023, so there are recent advances in implementing educational aspects in geoparks. Other results point to the participation of several Asian and European countries as the most predominant, as well as a trend in the implementation of educational processes focused on earth sciences, environmental sciences, and social sciences. Sustainable development and conservation education programs are major players in the findings of this study. In this way, geoparks work as centers for developing conservation dynamics, developing economic and social aspects driven by educational initiatives, and disseminating knowledge to the communities and visitors. The geoheritage tourism sector integrates educational practices into developing experiences to raise awareness among the community and visitors.
