O contexto do aleitamento materno vivenciado por mães de recém-nascidos prematuros constitui a questão norteadora deste artigo, considerando as necessidades de crescimento, desenvolvimento neurológico, estabilidade clínica e controle da termorregulação para início da estimulação precoce da amamentação. Em contrapartida temos a condição sociocultural da mãe que necesita de apoio e orientações da equipe multiprofissional para travessia das situações advindas da internação de seu filho na unidade neonatal. Nesse caminho é indispensável propiciar a educação em saúde sobre a amamentação e os cuidados diários com o prematuro. Revisão integrativa da literatura sobre aleitamento materno em unidade neonatal no período de 2015 a 2020 realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS e BDENF usandos os descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS): aleitamento materno, recém-nascido prematuro, UTI neonatal; em seis etapas: elaboração da questão de revisão, busca dos artigos de acordo com critérios de inclusão e exclusão, coleta de dados, análise crítica dos artigos selecionados, discussão dos resultados e apresentação da revisão. Selecionados 148 artigos, destes 20 artigos compuseram a revisão. Nível de evidência dos artigos incluídos: 05 meta-análises - Nível I, 07 estudos transversais - Nível IV, 06 estudos qualitativos descritivos e 02 revisões integrativas - Nível V. As evidências descritas nos artigos analisados corroboram que o aleitamento materno aliado as tecnologias da saúde disponíveis aumentam a sobrevida dos prematuros. Políticas e estratégias de fortalecimento voltadas para o aleitamento materno de prematuros devem ser implementadas nas políticas públicas de saúde.
Objetivo: Analisar a percepção de profissionais da saúde sobre os protocolos para controle e prevenção das Hepatites B e C: da gravidez à amamentação. Métodos: Trata-se de estudo transversal qualitativo, realizado em maternidade de referência no Pará e aprovado no comitê de ética sob parecer número: 2.037.289. A coleta de dados foi realizada em fevereiro de 2019 com profissionais e residentes multiprofissionais em saúde da linha do cuidado materno infantil, sendo aplicado questionário com quatro itens sobre o conhecimento dos procedimentos para controle e prevenção das hepatites B e C: da gravidez à amamentação. Resultados: O estudo abrangeu 20 profissionais, a maioria residentes (52,2%), com 34% sugerindo que o hospital trabalhasse estratégias relacionadas à educação em saúde para comunidade e educação permanente, 3% desconheciam os protocolos do pré-natal e 13% os da sala de parto para prevenção da transmissão vertical. Em relação à amamentação, 16% tinham dúvidas sobre a contraindicação de mães soropositivas para hepatites quanto ao manejo e indicação para amamentação segura. Conclusão: O uso de protocolos de prevenção e controle para hepatites virais ainda precisa ser mais difundido e aplicado, sendo o planejamento de estratégias de educação e saúde e educação permanente associados à sistema digital como meio mais indicado para o alcance de todos na contemporaneidade.
