The article explores issues related to the transition of modern organizations to digital technology. It is planned that by 2036 about 50% of jobs will be automated and, as a result, this will lead to a transformation of the labor market and a change in the socio-economic situation in the regions and in the country as a whole. The study provides data on the high degree of computerization of modern Russian organizations, which actually increases the overall involvement of staff in the organization’s activities and business efficiency. In order to effectively transition to digital technologies, modern organizations must adapt to changing conditions and conduct organizational training. The study suggested that in the digital era, it is necessary to use public-private partnership mechanisms that will allow the formation of knowledge bases in conjunction with educational and scientific institutions and business structures, which will quickly adapt to changing conditions and maintain a holistic organizational system of enterprises. At the end of the work, conclusions are drawn from the results of the study.

Academic motivation is one of the most important aspects related to the learning process at the university, as it largely determines the future prospects of self-development and self-realization of young specialists. This issue is also important for educational organizations, because, knowing the specifics of the educational motivation of their students, they will be able to adjust the educational process. The article examines three main components that are associated with the success of studding: basic psychological needs, academic motivation and alienation from study. In the study (N = 1326) there are also differences associated with these components among students who study at the university’s bachelor and master programs. At the first stage of data processing, a comparison was made of these components among undergraduate and graduate students. As a result, it was found that the level of satisfaction of basic psychological needs and the type of academic motivation is associated with a different level of alienation from study. Based on the data obtained, a cluster analysis was carried out, which allowed us to distinguish three main groups of students studying at the university. It was found that these groups differ in the level of expression of basic psychological needs, the type of academic motivation and the degree of feeling of alienation from study.
The current state of the economy and society is influenced by the global integration processes taking place in Eurasia - the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union, which should unite the markets for resources, goods and capital of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. One of the aspects of this process is the creation of a unified electricity market, which ensures free flow of electrical energy, free pricing and competition in the power industry. The purpose of this study is to study the degree of readiness of national energy systems for integration and to identify problems that impede the formation of the Common Electricity Market of the Eurasian Economic Union. The methods used were statistical analysis tools, a graphical method, comparisons and descriptions. The study was carried out on the basis of the use of information provided in the open access of the Eurasian Economic Union, national statistical services and energy companies. The authors have identified the main goals and objectives, as well as the requirements and expected results of the creation of the Common Electricity Market. As a result of the analysis of national power systems, a number of problems were identified that impede their convergence, including inconsistencies in the scale of production, various pricing mechanisms and electricity price regulation, differences in the energy balance of the Eurasian Economic Union member states, different levels of electricity prices, and a particular opinion Of the Republic of Belarus to the concept of market formation and the lack of unified borders of Armenia with other participating countries Union. The findings of the study indicate that by the stated date, namely July 1, 2019, the Common Electricity Market will most likely not be created for the reasons stated. To solve the identified problems, the authors propose several tools, one of the most important among them is the mechanism of regulatory and legal regulation of electricity markets at the national and supranational levels. Also, according to the authors, in the integration processes in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union should consider the world experience of such political and economic associations.
This article discusses the features of personnel adaptation in modern organizations, taking into account domestic and foreign experience. A variety of approaches to personnel management, its productive work is caused by the need to take into account a set of qualitative characteristics, an important among which is the age of the participants in labor activity. The authors of the article focus on intergenerational problems that arise in the organization during the period of innovative transformations associated with the introduction of digital technologies. A retrospective of the theory and practice of updating adaptation processes in domestic and foreign organizations allows us to identify patterns and trends inherent in this area of the work with people. The authors also consistently explore the specifics of adaptation in the context of the digitalization of the economy and society, and propose a system of measures to overcome barriers and minimize threats and risks associated with changes in the organizational environment in these conditions. The suggestions and recommendations presented in this paper allow us to coordinate approaches to the organization of adaptation, which will ensure harmonization in the field of social and labor relations and will increase the efficiency of joint activities of workers of different generations. In conclusion, the study presents the main findings and results of the work.
