The research is devoted to the study of the possibilities of using information and communication technologies to increase the motivation of students in the process of learning English. Based on the results of a survey attended by 400 second-year students of the XXXX University being involved in the experimental course, the evolution of motivational behavior in the learning process has been demonstrated. The scientific value of the study relates to the concept outline of the synergistic relationship between the motivational behavior of students and the content of the online learning course. The practical value of the study relates to the demonstration of the educational experience of constructing the concept of an effective training course with a focus on maintaining the appropriate level of motivation.
The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for improving the technology for assessing the level of enterprise development. It has been found that assessment of the level of the enterprise development provides a vision of the actual state of its development and allows to develop the necessary measures to overcome its low level. It has been proved that the practical use of the proposed approach for calculating the integrated indicator of the development level allows to regularly monitor the state of enterprises and substantiate the organizational support for the development of the enterprises under study. It has been revealed that increasing competitiveness will contribute to the development of a new strategy for scientific and industrial innovative policy based on supporting the activities of research and development centers, technopolises, and technology parks. It has been determined that the prospective development of enterprises must necessarily provide for further improvement in the distribution of their productive forces and strengthening the integrated development and specialization of the economy of regions, where the main focus should be made on deepening the specialization of individual economic regions in the development of the industries that have the necessary conditions for creating the effective raw material base, bringing the level of development of some industries in economic regions to the extent that meets the needs of the regions in the respective types of products, and optimizing the enterprise size according to their types in the economic regions in accordance with the requirements of a market economy
This article substantiates development potentials of international marketing in modern environment. It has been established that, prior to entering foreign markets, companies should determine targets and strategies of their international marketing. It has been determined that commodities, price, promotion, distribution channels should be adapted depending on a country. It is required to apply individual complex of marketing, when producer adapts marketing system to specificity of individual targeted market or niche, bearing supplemental costs but hoping to receive higher profits in the long term. It has been proved that in a certain market segment, companies should position themselves correctly in perception of potential consumers. It has been determined that the development trends of modern international marketing are related with dynamic development of world economy, competitiveness of commodity producers in world market, with internalization and integration of society.
