Crowdfunding is a promising field of financing high-risk innovative projects. The start-up developers raise money needed for their start-up implementation on a crowdfunding-platform by means of the Internet. The investors may also include ordinary citizens who wish to support this or that original idea and contribute to its implementation. The possibility of access to a completely new product (and before the official sales) is the main motive for financing projects.
Strategic development management currently does not fully meet the needs of the enterprise. One of the reasons is that strategic development methods are not ideal and not developed from the standpoint of their practical application. As a consequence, the results of their application are unsatisfactory. The purpose of this article is to improve approaches to the strategic development management of the enterprise. The authors examine in detail the concept of strategic development of the enterprise. In the course of the study, a scheme of the strategy formation process was developed, which allows establishing the relationship of its main structural elements. It is revealed that the organization of service activities of enterprises is still focused on service, rather than the product itself. It is established that the lack of innovation, outdated range and the inability of enterprises to respond quickly to changes in the market environment are the main reasons for the fall in demand for products.
The purpose of this research is to develop a theoretical and methodological model of the mechanism which can provide information infrastructure support for small business at the regional level. Nowadays information support of small business is relevant due to digitalization of the economy and the search for new tools for business development. The authors have chosen a comprehensive approach as a research methodology and applied methods of analysis and synthesis. Data of joint-stock company "Corporation SMB", the Portal of SMB of the Kirov region were the empirical base of research. The article is of theoretical significance, it gives the authors' interpretation of "the mechanism of information infrastructure support of small business". The article is also of practical significance as it develops a model of the mechanism which provides information infrastructure support for small business in the region (on the example of the Kirov region). Paper materials are of practical value for regional authorities and can be used to formulate strategy and programs for the development of small business and infrastructure support.
Purpose: The article aims to study the precarious employment in single-industry towns and to assess the effectiveness of government measures aimed at reducing it and ensuring the protection of economic and social rights of workers. Design/Methodology/Approach: It was revealed that the transition to an information-digital society, which continues to be formatted at the junction of changes in communication technologies and the motivation of employment behavior, has significantly changed the labor market in Russia. There was a massive introduction of non-standard forms of employment, which has not only positive effects, but also negative risks that are most acute in singleindustry towns. To minimize these risks, it is necessary to find mechanisms to increase the economic and social security of workers with flexible employment. Findings: The paper proposes to develop an employment management policy in singleindustry towns regarding the precarious employment and include measures of solving the issues related to self-employment of the population. Practical Implications: The practical results of the study can be used to develop assumptions for regional authorities to reduce precarious employment in single-industry towns. Originality / Value: The main contribution of this study is that single-industry cities should reduce inefficient "social employment" by creating highly efficient jobs and developing selfemployment.
The objective of the research is to study Russian and foreign experience in managing intellectual property in the authorized capital, as well as to develop ways to improve the approaches to the capitalization of an enterprise’s intellectual property. Methods: The role and quantity of the results of intellectual activity as a company's competitive advantage are increasing in the modern world. Intellectual capital is the main resource for a company. In Russian practice, there is a lack of awareness about the proper maintenance of accounting and effective management of intellectual property. Therefore, the authors, first, conducted a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign practices and identified the ways and areas for improvement. Second, the authors considered the specifics of creating an intellectual property management system at an enterprise. Third, they developed the methods for adapting foreign experience to the Russian economy. Fourth, the prospects for accounting the intellectual property items in the authorized capital of enterprises were considered. Recommendations were made for accounting and tax accounting. In cases when intangible assets are included in the turnover, an acceptable cost should be guaranteed, and the maximum value should be set for the commercialization of intellectual property. Second, special attention should be paid to the development of recommendations aimed at improving the results of the use of intellectual property and intellectual rights, which will lead to an increase in productivity and speed of work. The study results will allow improving the financial condition of a company through the capitalization of an organization’s intellectual property from the perspective of foreign experience. The proposed methods will help organizations to improve their financial condition through the capitalization of their intellectual property items.
In order to predict future range shifts for invasive species it is important to explore their ability to acclimate to the new environment and understand physiological and reproductive constraints controlling their distribution. My dissertation studied mechanisms by which temperature may affect the distribution of two aggressive plant invaders in North America, Bromus tectorum and Bromus rubens. I first evaluated winter freezing tolerance of Bromus species and demonstrated that the mechanism explaining their distinct northern range limits is different acquisition time of freezing tolerance. While B. rubens has a slower rate of freezing acclimation that leads to intolerance of sudden, late-autumn drops in temperature below-12°C, B. tectorum rapidly hardens and so is not impacted by the sudden onset of severe late-autumn cold. In addition, the analysis of male reproductive development and seed production showed that neither species produces seed at or above 36°C, due to complete pollen sterility, which might trigger climate-mediated range contractions at B. tectorum and B. rubens southern margins. Finally, a detailed gas-exchange analysis combined with biochemical modelling demonstrated that both species acclimate to a broad range of temperatures and photosynthetic response to temperature does not explain their current range separation.

В таких условиях рынок труда не обеспечивает эффективного и полноценного использования рабочей силы в виде молодых специалистов. Безработица среди выпускников даже престижных вузовэто серьезная социально-экономическая проблема, которая сейчас набирает обороты в России из-за несовершенства государственной политики в области занятости, образовательных стандартов, а также отсутствия механизмов взаимодействия работодателей и выпускников. В итоге рынок труда перенасыщен специалистами общего профиля, которые, как правило, имеют образование в области экономики, менеджмента или юриспруденции, в то время как экономисты и юристы отраслевого типа имеют возможность для развития карьеры в рамках своей специальности, что идет на благо экономики страны. На практике специалисты высших учебных заведений с техническим уклоном более востребованы среди работодателей, нежели специалисты профильных экономических вузов. В статье авторы ставят вопрос о необходимости и значимости в вузах некоторых учебных программ, которые формируют знания и компетенции, но не востребованы в современных рыночных отношениях. Показано, что возникающий дисбаланс между востребованностью и обучением молодых специалистов возможно решить путем внедрения комплексных подходов по перестройке систем подготовки, переподготовки и реализации образовательных программ через действенные инновационные механизмы.
