В связи с увеличением социальной нагрузки на самую молодую и работоспособную часть населения, текущей международной политической ситуацией и санкциями возрастает необходимость в формировании не только инновационных технологий и продуктов, но и специалистов, которые будут взаимодействовать с новой экономикой. В таких условиях рынок труда не обеспечивает эффективного и полноценного использования рабочей силы в виде молодых специалистов. Безработица среди выпускников даже престижных вузовэто серьезная социально-экономическая проблема, которая сейчас набирает обороты в России из-за несовершенства государственной политики в области занятости, образовательных стандартов, а также отсутствия механизмов взаимодействия работодателей и выпускников. В итоге рынок труда перенасыщен специалистами общего профиля, которые, как правило, имеют образование в области экономики, менеджмента или юриспруденции, в то время как экономисты и юристы отраслевого типа имеют возможность для развития карьеры в рамках своей специальности, что идет на благо экономики страны. На практике специалисты высших учебных заведений с техническим уклоном более востребованы среди работодателей, нежели специалисты профильных экономических вузов. В статье авторы ставят вопрос о необходимости и значимости в вузах некоторых учебных программ, которые формируют знания и компетенции, но не востребованы в современных рыночных отношениях. Показано, что возникающий дисбаланс между востребованностью и обучением молодых специалистов возможно решить путем внедрения комплексных подходов по перестройке систем подготовки, переподготовки и реализации образовательных программ через действенные инновационные механизмы.
