Тактически неверное определение последовательности вмешательств на брахиоцефальных и коронарных артериях (КА) может сопровождаться увеличением частоты инсульта и инфаркта миокарда в послеоперационном периоде. Существующие подходы к хирургическому лечению подобной категории пациентов, предусматривающие либо этапные вмешательства в той или иной последовательности, либо одномоментные операции, до сих пор остаются спорными и требуют дальнейшего изучения.
