Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran pencapaian kompetensi siswa SMK dalam praktik bekerja dengan mesin bubut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah siswa Teknik Pemesinan di SMK Negeri Bandung sebanyak 39 orang dari 132 orang ditentukan dengan random samplingkompetensi, siswa, mesin bubut, pemesinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi bekerja dengan mesin bubut siswa teknik pemesinan sebanyak 53% dinyatakan belum kompeten, 41% dinyatakan kompeten dengan kategori C, 6% dinyatakan kompeten dengan kategori B, dan tidak ada yang mencapai kompeten dengan kategori A. Sementara kompetensi siswa dalam praktik bekerja dengan mesin bubut dilihat dari pencapaian tiap komponen penilaian didapat pada komponen persiapan hanya sebesar 59%, komponen proses sebesar 82%, komponen hasil sebesar 72%, komponen sikap kerja sebesar 76%, dan komponen waktu kerja sebesar 21%. Siswa lulusan SMK hanya bisa dikatakan siap latih belum mencapai siap kerja, artinya lulusan tersebut perlu dilatih lagi untuk dapat masuk bekerja di industri.
This study aimed to analyze vocational teachers’ and students’ readiness on implementing online learning in productive subjects. The online learning activities were conducted due to the Covid-19 pandemic and represented substitute activities for direct learning. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This study used questionnaires as the research instrument. Respondents in this study were 11 productive teachers and 40 students majoring in mechanical engineering at vocational school and were randomly selected using a random sampling technique. The results showed that the readiness of the teacher was very good in implementing online learning in productive subjects as proved by the high achievement percentage scale value of 77%, while the readiness of students achieved was 67%, and defined well according to the percentage of achievement scale table. This study concludes that vocational teachers’ and students’ readiness for online learning in productive subjects produces high percentage scores with good categories. Cement is one of the main ingredients of civil construction. In addition to Indonesia's domestic cement production, cement production is also to meet overseas demand. Cement demand which continues to increase in production costs due to rising costs. The relatively high increase in production costs directly affected the increases in cement prices on the market so that it was necessary to increase efficiency on all lines. Efficiency that can be done is by increasing local components in the process of making cement, including the material used. The purpose of this final project research is to develop materials that can later be used as a reference for making prototype ball mill liners so that later they can substitute imports abroad and can produce their own domestically and compete with imported products. Development of material for prototype liners in ball mills uses white cast iron material through a casting process. This development aims to make white cast iron material for ball mill liners which have physical and mechanical properties in the form of high impact and hardness needed to be able to produce domestically. Supercritical coal power plants began in 1983 with 24.1 MPa moisture parameters and 538°C / 538°C temperature (superheated and reheated steam). Ultra supercritical technology began in 1993 with 24.1 MPa and 538°C / 593°C. Starting in 2000, an ultra-high temperature supercritical power plant was built at 25MPa and 600°C / 620°C in Tachibana and Isogo Powerplants. From this phenomenon, together coal at the power plant, there is often damage to the turbine blade because the material from the turbine blade is not able to withstand temperatures> 760°C. So the words between these can be analyzed by adding molybdenum on AISI 310 raw material in order to find a new material that is resistant to temperature > 760°C. Stainless steel is a steel that has an important role in the industry. One type of stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel. In general, stainless steels containing Ni, Cr and no other blends. The strength and tenacity of the austenitic stainless steel can be increased by alloying and thermo mechanical treatment (TMT). In the integration process, a structure can be carried out which can be improved by the mechanical properties of the material. To find out the austenitic stainless steel needs to be developed to increase resistance to the corrosive environment, and also its mechanical properties.
