Research has been carried out to map and identify the potential for soil corrosion for the planning of cathodic gas pipeline protection systems. The research location is located in Cimanggis - Bitung, West Java, which is located at coordinates 6o19'00 "- 6o28'00" South Latitude and 106o43'00 "- 106o 55'30" East Longitude. Measurement of soil resistivity using the Wenner method that refers to ASTM G37, with variations in the distance of 0,75m, 1,50m, 2,50m and 6,00m with the number of measuring points as many as 185 points. Based on the results of data processing and soil resistivity interpretation seen that there are several locations that have low to extreme corrosion levels. Therefore, for these locations, technical planning and calculation for the protection of the pipeline to be installed is necessary.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif yang sesuai dan berkriteria baik yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar Stability Flight and Dynamics. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengingat hasil belajar siswa yang kurang baik, materi pembelajaran yang bersifat abstrak, kurangnya bimbingan dari guru saat proses pembelajaran, dan belum memadainya referensi belajar yang dimiliki siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Subjek penelitian pada uji coba terbatas adalah satu kelas yaitu kelas X TPU (Teknologi Pesawat Udara) 7 di SMK Negeri 12 Bandung. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Multimedia yang dihasilkan dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis pengguna, analisis materi, analisis perangkat lunak, dan analisis perangkat keras yang akan digunakan. Hasil analisis kemudian dikemas menjadi desain multimedia berupa flowchart, storyboard, dan soal evaluasi. Desain dikembangkan menjadi antarmuka yang terdiri dari tujuh laman utama dan coding untuk memberikan perintah pada tiap laman. Multimedia yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi, jika dinyatakan layak maka dilakukan uji lapangan untuk mengetahui respon dan peningkatan hasil belajar pengguna setelah menggunakan multimedia. Data hasil validasi dan uji lapangan diolah sehingga dapat disimpulkan multimedia layak digunakan. 2) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif pada kompetensi dasar stability flight and dynamics.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar dan nilai uji kompetensi siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran self design project learning pada mata pelajaran mesin frais lanjut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 63 siswa kelas XII di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa self design project learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar dan nilai uji kompetensi siswa yang bertujuan agar mutu lulusan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri, maka tentu diperlukan suatu perencanaan program pendidikan dan pembelajaran dimana siswa dilatih dalam suatu kondisi lingkungan yang mirip pada saat nanti mereka bekerja.
The research objective was to study the thermodynamics and kinetics of caffeine as anticorrosion in geothermal environment simulations. The weight loss method following the ASTM G31, and the Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) method following the ASTM G59-91. The data obtained from this study are the value of polarization resistance (Rp), solution-electrode interface (Cdl), the electrolyte resistance (Rs), corrosion current density (icor), corrosion rate (CR), and inhibition efficiency. The results obtained are caffeine has a higher inhibition efficiency at lower temperatures. The caffeine inhibitor efficiency of 90% was achieved at a caffeine concentration of 20 ppm in a 3.5% of NaCl + 500 ppm of H2S solution at a temperature of 70C, pH 4, and stirring speed of 250 rpm. The ∆Gads, ∆S o, and Qads prices for caffeine are negative, while the Ea and ∆H o prices for caffeine are positive. This shows that the adsorption strength of the caffeine molecule with iron (Fe) is good in the test environment. The nitrogen (N) atom in caffeine is considered to be alkaline as in ammonia (NH3) which can accept a proton to give NH4 + . The minimum Cdl value that occurs at a caffeine concentration of 20 ppm, indicating a double layer at the steel interface with the solution, is considered an electric capacitor. This happens because there are four N atoms in the caffeine molecule. This research is useful for manufacturing green inhibitors in hydrogen sulfide environments such as geothermal environments.
