This objective of this research is to analyzed the role of perception toward psychosocial work environment on organizational commitment, a quantitative study to teacher and employee of Islamic education institution. This studyusesthe population ofthe subject are 47 teachers and employee. Datawere collectedthrough2scalesarePerception toward Psychosocial Work EnvironmentScale, andOrganizational CommitmentScale. Analysis method in this research used simple regression analysis. The data were analyzed by simple regression analysis. The result is F score > F table (35,184 > 4,050), with t score (5,932) > t table (2,021), and the totaleffect =43,9%. That result show that Hypothesis null (H o ) rejected, it is mean perception toward psychosocial work environment contribute significantly to theorganizational commitment.The implication of this research is islamic psychosocial work environment is important to increasing the organizational commitment in islamic education institution.
Revolusi industri generasi keempat telah menemukan pola baru ketika disruptif teknologi begitu cepat mengubah pola industri dan mengancam keberadaan industri incumbent. Akibatnya, sumber daya manusia yang di era industri 4.0 menuntut soft skills yang berbeda. Survey yang dilakukan National Association of Colleges and Employers (2017) Job Outlook 201, menyatakan bahwa lulusan perguruan tinggi yang sedang berburu pekerjaan harus bisa menunjukkan kemampuan mereka untuk memecahkan masalah (bobot penilaian = 82,9%); kemampuan untuk bekerja dalam tim (82,9%); keterampilan komunikasi tertulis (80,3%); kepemimpinan (72,6%); etika kerja yang kuat (68,4%); kemampuan analitis/kuantitatif (67,5%); dan keterampilan komunikasi verbal (67,5%). Prophetic soft skills memberikan gambaran tentang ciri-ciri kerasulan Muhammad SAW yaitu: fathanah (cerdas) dalam membuat perencanaan, visi, misi, strategi dan mengimplementasikannya; amanah (bertanggung jawab) dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya; siddiq (jujur) dapat dipercaya; dan tabligh (penyampai) atau kemampuan berkomunikasi dan bernegosiasi. Untuk bisa bersaing di era revolusi industri 4.0, prophetic soft skills idealnya disertai mental tanmiyatul ilmi’ (mengembangkan ilmu) untuk bisa mengikuti disrupsi yang terjadi dalam hal digital dan global.
This paper describes the effect of religiosity and psychological wellbeing on organizational citizenship behavior. The research hypothesis is that religiosity and psychological wellbeing have a partial or simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The populations are 34 teachers of senior high vocational school. Data was collected through 3 scales, namely the Religiosity Scale, the Psychological Well-being Scale, and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale. The framework that was used to analyze is multiple regression. The findings of the study indicate that religiosity does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; psychological well-being has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; then religiosity and psychological well-being have a significant simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behavior, with total variable contribution is 48.8%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh quality of work life dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada perawat tetap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 50 perawat tetap. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala quality of work life, dan skala organizational commitment. Skala organizational citizenship behavior memiliki reliabilitas 0,854, skala quality of work life memiliki reliabilitas 0,933 dan skala organizational commitment memiliki reliabilitas 0,901. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Variabel organizational commitment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan variabel quality of work life dan organizational commitment secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
This study was aimed at knowing the effect of personality based on dimensions of the big five personality modelof the nurse performance. This included dimensions such as openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. The study was a quantitative study using a regression multiple analysis. There were two questionnaires, namely modified big five personality model questionnaire and performance questionnaire. There were 103 nurses as the respondents collected a through purposive sampling technique. The result showed that the performance of the big five model affected the performance of nurses. Also, there were four dimensions in the big five models having the significant effect to the nurse performance. Only agreeableness did not affect significantly to the nurse performance.
