Pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan Organizational Commitment (OC) Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Perawat Tetap

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh quality of work life dan organizational commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada perawat tetap.
