Cinderella Complex adalah kecenderungan perempuan untuk tergantung secara psikis, yang ditunjukan dengan adanya keinginan yang kuat untuk dirawat dan dilindungi orang lain terutama laki-laki, serta keyakinan bahwa suatu dari luarlah yang akan menolongnya. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan cinderella complex dalam perspektif psikologi dalam perkembangan sosial dan emosional. Selain itu juga melihat bangaimana faktor-faktor penentu Cinderella Complex. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian dari berbagai sumber mengenai Cinderella Complex munculnya Cinderella complex pada diri seorang perempuan tidak terlepas dari adanya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya antara lain: Pola asuh orang tua, Kematangan Pribadi, dan Konsep Diri. Dalam perspektif perkembangan gender, Cinderella Complex pada perempuan dipengaruhi oleh budaya setempat yang mempersepsikan perempuan sebagai makhluk yang lemah dan tidak bisa mandiri.
Poverty is a problem in various countries around the world that makes their governments look for solutions to alleviate the ruins. In the Islamic economy there are tools that can deal with the problem of poverty, namely through the distribution of zakat and capital development through Islamic bank and nonbank financial institutions. South Sumatra has 97.17% of the population who adhere to the Muslim religion, it should be able to have a positive impact on alleviating poverty locally and nationally. The biggest thing that caused chaos to increase in South Sumatra was the occurrence of a comprehensive disaster in various countries, namely COVID 19 which changed new conditions where people had to be able to adapt. Distribution of zakat and business development through BMT is one way out to minimize this poverty.
Human Resources (HR) management in a company is inseparable from the importance of managing the recruitment process in accepting new prospective employees. One of the methods used in selecting employee candidates is through a cyber-vetting process on social media. Cybervetting is checking information and data of prospective candidates as well as individual internet reputation through search engines such as Google and social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin). Based on this background, this study aims to determine cyber-vetting on employee recruitment decision-making. This research uses the descriptive research method. Respondents in this study are people who work in the field of recruitment both as internal company recruiters and third-party recruiters in companies domiciled in South Sumatra. The instrument in this study was an online questionnaire. A total of 12 respondents from 12 companies in South Sumatra filled out the online questionnaire. The study results show that most recruiters conduct a personal assessment of their prospective employees through social media or cyber-vetting. Therefore, social media should be used as a medium that positively impacts its users and knows the importance of paying attention to digital footprints by reflecting professionalism and good social media behavior to create trust for recruiters.
Cognitive development in pre-school age children is an important component that is important for developing children's thinking abilities and it is needed in the next stage of development. Several factors can determine the development of children's cognition, one of which is the home environment. Home is the environment that has the greatest influence on children's development. Totsika & Sylva (2004) designed HOME (Home Observation for Measurement of The Environment Revisited) as an environmental measurement with a systematic assessment of the environment that cares about children's development. The purpose of this instrument is to measure, in a natural context, the quality, and quantity of stimulation and support available to children in the home environment. This article aims to analyze research studies regarding HOME measurement as a predictor of cognitive development in pre-school children. The method used in this research is the literature review. The factors that are identified as components of the scale and the HOME score determine how well the child's cognitive development can be stimulated. HOME scores can also mediate the relationship between parental IQ and children's IQ and show that the genetic influence exerted on the family environment is closely related to children's cognitive development.
Abstract. This research includes gender as moderator as well as the intelligence and motivation of learning as the covariance of learning achievement. This research design is causal-comparative by comparing mathematics learning achievement between learning with iPad and conventional media. The overall research’s subjects are 128 students. The result shows that there are differences in learning achievement between multimedia learning iPad for Learning and conventional learning media (F=48,698, p<0,05). Students who use iPad media have an average mathematics learning achievement higher than a student in conventional learning media. In this research, the interaction between genders and learning media on mathematics learning achievement proved to be low (F=0,318, p>0,05).
