Stunting is a global problem, especially in Indonesia. The prevalence of stunting among children under five in Palopo city is quite high, namely 36.0%. Therefore, this study aims to determine the incidence of stunting and its determinant factors in children aged 12–59 months in Palopo city, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This study used a case control design. The subjects of this study were mothers who have toddlers aged 12-59 months. sampling with purposive sampling. 200 samples were collected for analysis. Data analysis using odds ratios. The proportion of stunting among toddlers 12-59 months was higher in children under five with a history of normal birth weight (70.8%) and under five who had no history of infection (84.0%). Low family income for stunting toddlers (78.0%). The results of statistical tests showed that LBW (OR = 5.37), history of infection (OR = 2.53) and family income (OR = 6.30) were determinants of stunting. This study shows that the determinants of stunting incidence in children aged 12-59 months are low birth weight, infectious diseases and low family income.

Although critical thinking and self confidence are important, but all of students are not able to do that. For this reason, clinical instructor have to make innovation through learning methods to achieve this. The purpose of this literature review is to identify the clinical learning method affecting the critical thinking and self confidence of nursing students.Method: the data base used in making this review of literature are Pubmed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar published in 2007-2018. Result: From the 12 articles used in this literature review, it was found that in order to improve the critical thinking and self confidence of nursing students in a clinical environment, the clinical supervisor can use student-centered learning methods and can even involve patients. The learning methods include simulation, nursing round method, demonstration models, clinical conference, and concept mappimg. Conclusion : the learning method affected the critical thinking and self confidence of nursing students including clinical conference, simulations, demonstration models, concept mapping and nursing rounds. Therefore the supervisor must be able to know and choose what method is appropriate for clinical guidance.
Who has declared covid-19 a global health emergency. Diseases due to covid-19 virus infection can cause mild moderate respiratory infections, severe and even to eliminate the life of sufferers. Until now the number of cases in Indonesia confirmed positive until July 23, 2021 is 3,033,339 people with the number of deaths 79,032 people. The application of 5M in everyday life can reduce exposure and increase the rate of covid-19. Various violations of the implementation of health protocols are still common in various areas, although raids are often carried out by officers. This incompatibility is what makes the transmission of the virus more rapidly widespread. The 3M movement is felt less because the number of covid exposure continues to increase. Other efforts can be done by doing Health counseling and 5M Application training. The methods used are lectures, lectures and demonstrations. Activities are carried out for 3 sessions with a duration of 30 minutes for each session. The results achieved, namely the improvement of people's knowledge and skills in the application of 5M in adapting covid-19. It is expected that the implementation of 5M continues to be improved in everydays life.
Objective: to analyze the culture of incident reporting of patient safety to nurses at the Sawerigading Palopo Hospital. Methods: This article used descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were nurses at Sawerigading Palopo Hospital with a sample of this study as many as 63 nurses, sampling using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was the IRCQ (Incident Reporting Culture Questionnaire). Results: This study was found that from 63 respondents there were 38 respondents (60.3%) who showed a negative response to incident reporting culture and positive response about 25 people (39.7%). Based on the subscale, the factor that received the greatest negative response was the factor "Collegial atmospheres of unpleasantness and punishment" with a total of 47 respondents (74.6%). Conclusion: The culture of incident reporting at the Sawerigading Palopo hospital have to be improved by maintaining the three factors that have received a positive response, while for the Collegial atmospheres of unpleasantness and punishment still needs to be improved by minimizing any worries from nurses regarding punishment and fear. Therefore it is important for all boards of directors and management to monitor and evaluate the culture of incident reporting in order to improve patient safety Objective: to analyze the culture of incident reporting of patient safety to nurses at the Sawerigading Palopo Hospital. Methods: This article used descriptive analytic with a cross sectional design.
