Government policies that apply social distancing, work from home, and learn from home to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 corona virus have an impact on learning methods. Clinical learning methods in pre-pandemic health education are carried out in campus laboratories and direct clinical services to patients. Thus, in this condition, the provision cannot be implemented. For this reason, it is necessary to modify the learning method from offline to online to meet the continuity of the student learning process. In the first stage, the clinical skills online learning method using online videos is supported by lecturers’ explanations in a 120-minute meeting. In the second stage, students are given the task of making videos of procedural skills that have been taught in 170 minutes, with a video duration of 10-15 minutes. At the next meeting, a review or response is carried out with students on the standard operating procedure and the theory that underlies it. The design in this study is a descriptive analysis with 511 respondents from the medical education study program and the nursing diploma 3 study program at the Faculty of Medicine, Mulawarman University. The research used was 44 items of statement questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and questionnaire items were sent to respondents via Google Forms. From the results of this study, there is a significant relationship between the perceptions of students who apply clinical skills online learning seen from the effectiveness of learning in the Covid-19 pandemic era with p-value = 0.000, with a very strong relationship with the Spearman value rho of 0.791 in a positive direction. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of online clinical skills learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was effective. As a suggestion, clinical learning methods with various blended learning or hybrid learning methods should be modified.

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is one of the leading national commodities because of its large contribution to the Indonesian national economy. In the plantation industry, palm oil is known as a commodity that has high value because it is an ingredient for producing palm oil. The genetic diversity of Indonesian oil palm accessions is currently very low. In an effort to increase genetic diversity, germplasm exploration has been carried out at the genetic diversity center of oil palm. In addition to exploration, other efforts have been made to increase genetic variation by introduction. Oil palm is a type of plant that comes from the Arecaceae family. Oil palm plants usually grow on peat soil types spread across the islands of Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. This is a type of plant that has a fairly high level of risk of being attacked by pests. In its distribution, there are two types of oil palm that are usually cultivated by farmers, namely Elaeis guineensis Jacq., and Elaeis oleifera. Differences in properties can be seen from the morphology of the oil palm fruit endocarp ehich has different levels of thickness as a form of genetic diversity. Oil palm varieties are distinguished by the thickness of the endocarp, and also by the color of the fruit. Based on the thickness of the endocrap, oil palm is divided into three types, namely Pisifera, Dura, and Tenera. If based on the color of the fruit, there are Nigrescens, Virescens, and Albescens. One of the methods that can be used for genetic analysis is Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD).Keywords: diversity, accession, endocarp, palm oil

Agar para profesional kesehatan dapat mendidik diri mereka sendiri dan memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi kepada masyarakat, pembelajaran klinis adalah persyaratan utama. Pendidik klinis yang menjadi panutan harus mendorong pembelajaran klinis yang efektif. Untuk memberikan gambaran realistis tentang pekerjaan rumah sakit kepada mahasiswa, supervisor klinis atau Instruktur Klinik (CI) sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Supervisor klinik harus mendapatkan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan persiapan dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab membimbing mahasiswa. Memperjelas peran, tanggung jawab, dan kewajiban instruktur klinik dalam membimbing mahasiswa di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Tanah Abang merupakan tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini menyampaikan informasi melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, stimulasi pembelajaran klinis, dan prosedur evaluasi. Evaluasi sebelum dan sesudah pengujian. Acara dilaksanakan pada tanggal 25 – 26 Januari 2022, di Ruang Aula Rumah Sakit Tanah Abang Lantai 4. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 25 orang. Mayoritas peserta melaporkan tema pelatihan baik (63,4%), ketepatan waktu cukup (49,6%), suasana baik (60,1%), kelengkapan materi baik (70,6%), pelayanan baik atau sikap manajemen baik (61,6%), dan media atau alat yang baik (57,2%). Kategori baik terdiri dari pembicara dengan rata-rata nilai pembicara 85,85. Evaluasi Pemahaman Peserta terhadap Instruktur Klinik Dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata 24,04 antara pre-test dan post-test, skor rata-rata pre-test adalah 62,08, dan skor rata-rata post-test adalah 85,12. Evaluasi kegiatan mengukur keahlian klinis instruktur serta sikap atau kesiapan mereka untuk menggunakan pendekatan preceptorship. Dengan berpartisipasi dalam latihan ini, Instruktur Klinis dapat memiliki pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang prosedur preceptorship rumah sakit yang dapat mereka terapkan di area praktik lainnya.
