A strong and sustainable regional economic development is an effective collaboration between the use of existing resources, the community and the government. One of the optimal resource utilization efforts is to develop tourism with the concept of Ecotourism. The industrial revolution 4.0 opens wide opportunities for anyone to advance. Information that is very abundant provides great benefits for the development of science and the economy. People in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 have a very large dependence on using information technology. Based on the background that has been explained, the problem can be formulated through the question "How to develop economic-based ecotourism business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0? The purpose of this study is to describe the development of ecotourism based on the economy of Patuanan Leuwimunding Village, Majalengka, to be a business opportunity in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Whereas the research method in the preparation of this research is qualitative research by exploring and understanding the meaning that is considered to come from social or humanitarian problems, focusing on individual meanings, and translating the complexity of a problem. This type of research was chosen because qualitative research is able to provide descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the behavior of the people being observed. Forms of economic-based ecotourism development activities are 1. Building local tourism competitiveness based on natural resource conservation, village / local tourism potential, namely plengkung tourism objects that can be used as fishing activities and other community activities at the location of the object. 2. Introduction and utilization of opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 through social media as a marketing and promotion medium. Patuanan Village, which has tourist destination locations, introduces and promotes it through social media, including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. The results of ecotourism development activities based on the economy of business opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are 1. Beautifying the tourism object in Plengkung into an object of economic-based ecotourism. 2. Exposing through social media including YouTube. Abstrak Pembangunan ekonomi daerah yang kuat dan berkelanjutan merupakan sebuah kolaborasi yang efektif antara pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang ada, masyarakat dan pemerintah. Salah satu upaya pemanfaatan sumberdaya yang optimal adalah dengan mengembangkan pariwisata dengan konsep Ekowisata. Revolusi industri 4.0 membuka peluang yang luas bagi siapapun untuk maju. Informasi yang sangat melimpah menyediakan manfaat yang besar untuk pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun perekonomian. Masyarakat di era revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki ketergantungan yang sangat besar dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dijelaskan maka dapat dirumuskan masalahnya melalaui pertanyaan ”Bagaimana mengembangkan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi Desa Patuanan Leuwimunding Majalengka menjadi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0. Sedangkan metode penelitian dalam penyusunan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan ekplorasi dan memahami makna yang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusian, berfokus pada makna individual, dan menerjemahkan komplesitas suatu persoalan. Jenis penelitian ini dipilih karena penelitian kualitatif mampu memberikan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari perilaku orang yang diamati. Bentuk kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi adalah 1. Membangun daya saing wisata lokal dengan berbasis konservasi sumber daya alam, potensi wisata desa/lokal yaitu objek wisata situ plengkung dapat dijadikan kegiatan pemancingan dan aktifitas masyarakat lainnya yang di lokasi objek tersebut. 2. Pengenalan dan pemanfaatan peluang di era revolusi industri 4.0 melalui sosial media sebagai media pemasaran dan promosi. Desa Patuanan yang memiliki lokasi tujuan wisata memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan melalui media sosial diantarnya berupa youtube, facebook, instragram. Hasil Kegiatan pengembangan ekowisata berbasis ekonomi peluang bisnis di era revolusi industri 4.0 adalah 1. Mempercantik objek wisata situ plengkung menjadi objek ekowisata berbasis ekonomi. 2. Mengekspos melalui media sosial diantaranya youtube.

This is done so that the company is able to compete in competition in the digital age and a form of awareness of its business that survives as a partnership in investing. Abstrak Era digitalisasi membawa angin perubahan, banyak polemik serta pro dan kontra terhadap perkembangan semua sektor yang berkaitan dengan digital tidak terkecuali sektor bisnis dan ekonomi. Dalam menjalankan bisnis, marketing merupakan ujung tombak dalam melalukan penetrasi pasar, hal ini berlaku baik itu perusahaan besar ataupun perusahaan dengan skala mikro, kecil ataupun menengah. Usaha mikro masih menghadapi permasalahan klasik yang selama ini kerap terjadi perihal keterbatasan modal dan masih sangat sederhananya pola pemasaran yang terapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu suatu penelitian yang menghasilkan data yang bersifat deskriptif (penggambaran) berupa fakta-fakta yang tertulis maupun lisan dari perilaku yang dicermati, dalam keadaaan yang berlangsung secara wajar dan ilmiah dan bukan dalam kondisi yang terkendali. Industri dan perdagangan sale pisang “AA” melakukan upaya pemasaran dengan menggunakan media sosial. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengenalkan lebih luas produk sale pisang “AA” dan meningkatkan awareness usahanya kepada khalayak, bentuk pemasaran digital yang telah digunakan dengan cara melempar pesan dalam bentuk gambar, audio-visual, maupun pesan text dengan tepat melalui jaringan media sosial facebook dan instagram. Perusahaan sale pisang “AA” telah melakukan upaya peningkatan pemasaran usahanya dengan menfaatkan jaringan media sosial facebook dan instagram. Hal ini dilakukan agar perusahaan tersebut mampu bersaing dalam persaingan di era digital dan bentuk awareness terhadap usahanya yang survive yang layak sebagai patnership dalam berinvestasi.
This research is motivated by Islamic banks which are starting to be in demand by the public, especially the Indonesian population is the majority Muslim. However, not many people understand how Islamic banks operate. This study aims to determine the effect of public understanding of usury on interest in transacting in Islamic banks (Case Study of the Karangmekar Village Community, Karangsembung District, Cirebon Regency). This research is a type of quantitative research using the method of observation, questionnaires and documents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires to obtain data on public understanding of usury (X) and public interest in transacting in Islamic banks (Y). This study is a population study, because it takes the entire community of Karangmekar Village based on the level of education over the age of 18, totaling 2,140 people with a total of 96 respondents as research subjects. The results of this study indicate that the variable of public understanding of usury has a positive and significant effect on people's interest in transacting in Islamic banks. It is evident from the regression coefficient value of the variable of public understanding of usury (X) of 0.686, which means that if the public's understanding of usury has increased by 1%, the interest in transacting in Islamic banks will increase by 68.6%. In addition, it is also evident from the variable of people's understanding of usury which has a value of tcount (6,700) > ttable (1,985) and the significance value obtained is 0.000 which means that the value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, so the decision is H0 is rejected, it means that the variable of public understanding of usury has a significant effect on the interest in transacting in Islamic banks. Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh bank syariah yang mulai diminati oleh masyarakat, terlebih penduduk Indonesia adalah mayoritas beragama Islam. Namun tidak banyak dari masyarakat yang memahami bagaimana operasional bank syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba terhadap minat bertransaksi di Bank Syariah (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Desa Karangmekar Kecamatan Karangsembung Kabupaten Cirebon). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, angket dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner atau angket untuk mendapatkan data mengenai pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba (X) dan minat masyarakat bertransaksi di Bank Syariah (Y). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, karena mengambil seluruh masyarakat Desa Karangmekar berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan yang berusia di atas 18 tahun yang berjumlah 2.140 orang dengan jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi masyarakat di bank syariah. Terbukti dari nilai koefisien regresi variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba (X) sebesar 0,686 yang berarti bahwa apabila pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba mengalami peningkatan 1% maka minat bertransaksi di bank syariah akan meningkat 68,6%. Di samping itu, terbukti juga dari variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba yang memiliki nilai thitung (6,700) > ttabel (1,985) dan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,000 yang berarti nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai alpha 0,05, sehingga keputusannya adalah H0 ditolak, artinya bahwa variabel pemahaman masyarakat tentang riba berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi di bank syariah.

What product attributes, the quality level of service and office networks affect the level of customer satisfaction in the transaction of Islamic banking at Bank Jabar Banten sharia in Tangerang city? 3. How is the relationship between product attributes, the level of quality of service and network of offices on the level of customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking at Bank Jabar Banten sharia Tangerang City ?.The purpose of this study include: 1. Information on product attributes, the quality level of service and branch network of Islamic banking at Bank Jabar Banten sharia in Tangerang city. 2. The effect of product attributes, level of service quality and network of offices on the level of customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking Islamic Bank Jabar Banten Tangerang City. 3. The relationship between product attributes, the level of quality of service and network of offices on the level of customer satisfaction in the Islamic banking at Bank Jabar Banten sharia in the city of Tangerang.While the method of research in this thesis is a quantitative method of data collection in the form of observations, questionnaires, documentation and literature. In this study, using a sample as respondents 251 respondents with a population of 671 customers.Based test of ANOVA or Fcount on can Fcount was 31.572, while F (0:05; 3.247) = 2.641, since Fcount>Ftable; 31.572> 2.641, then H0 is rejected. This means that influences of product attributes (X1), Quality of Service (X2) & Office Network (X3) to the level of customer satisfaction (Y) Bank Jabar Banten Syariah in Tangerang. So that every time there is a change in the variable X is the product attributes, quality of service and network of offices will affect the level of customer satisfaction.

Islamic bank innovative products in the form of sharia restricted account intermediary (SRIA) which will be the differentiator with conventional banks are expected to become game changers, because it will open up investment opportunities in micro, small and medium enterprises by acting as an investment manager because investors are actually SRIA investors themselves. with a variety of product attributes in enhancing the role of Islamic banks in improving the economy of the people so that the existence of Islamic banks with product attributes to be partners who need each other and trickle down the economy will provide opportunities for economic actors in improving welfare. Micro, small and medium enterprises will be able to absorb a large workforce, thereby reducing unemployment. at the same time as the reduction in unemployment will reduce poverty, this is because the workforce absorbed by micro, small and medium enterprises will get income. an increase in income will in turn encourage national consumption so as to stimulate higher production and increase national income so that the development process can continue and the welfare of the community increases Abstrak Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan perkembangan kegiatan dalam perekonomian yang menyebabkan barang dan jasa yang diproduksikan dalam masyarakat bertambah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan kenaikan PDB atau PNB rill. Produk inovatif bank syariah berupa Sharia Restricted Intermediary Account (SRIA) yang akan menjadi pembeda dengan bank konvensional diharapkan dapat menjadi game changer, karena akan membuka peluang investasi di usaha UMKM dengan bertindak selaku manajer investasi, karena pemodal sebenarnya adalah investor SRIA sendiri. Dengan berbagai atribut produk inovatif dalam meningkatkan peran bank syariah terhadap peningkatan ekonomi umat sehingga keberadaan bank syariah dengan atribut produknya menjadi mitra yang saling membutuhkan dan trickle down economic atau ekonomi yang menetes akan memberikan peluang-peluang bagi pelaku ekonomi dalam meningkatkan taraf kesejahteraan. UMKM akan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang besar, sehingga akan mengurangi pengangguran. Pada saat bersamaan dengan berkurangnya pengangguran maka kemiskinan akan berkurang, hal ini dikarenakan tenaga kerja yang terserap oleh UMKM akan memperoleh pendapatan. Adanya peningkatan pendapatan pada gilirannya akan mendorong konsumsi nasional sehingga memacu produksi lebih tinggi dan menjadikan pendapatan nasional menjadi meningkat sehingga proses pembangunan dapat terus berjalan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat akan meningkat.
