Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana dampak dari guru dan siswa terhadap pembelajaran online selama wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dengan fokus pada pencarian data tentang masalah yang relevan. Dalam penelitian ini subyek yang dipakai oleh peneliti adalah siswa SMP di Swasta Taman Harapan Medan. Setalah dilakukan penelitian dan peneliti menemukan hasil dari penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan berubah karena harus menggunakan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Tentu saja pembelajaran jarak jauh memberikan dampak yang kurang maksimal karena dalam proses pemberian materi pembelajaran dan juga terganggungya proses pembelajaran antara guru dan siswa-siswi, sehingga tidak tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan oleh guru dan siswa. Penilaian siswa terkendala sekedar peniliaian kognitif.
Skills education is a necessity that must be owned by individuals in the era of globalization. This is because life skills are prioritized over knowledge, so an effective management and development system is needed. This paper aims to analyze the management of skills education development in Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Reference material is a tool for analyzing and testing the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that the life skills needed by human resources are (1) general life skills (personal skills, rational thinking skills, social skills, and interpersonal skills) and (2) specific life skills (academic skills and vocational skills). Furthermore, efforts that must be made in developing skills education include reorienting learning, providing vocational skills and reforming educational institutions in terms of management and learning culture. Finally, extracurricular design as an effort to develop student skills education.

Covid-19 adalah virus yang sangat menular dan menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh dunia. Hal ini berdampak sangat luas pada semua sektor kehidupan sosial, termasuk pendidikan. Menyikapi masalah ini, pemerintah Indonesia untuk sementara waktu meniadakan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dan menerapkan home teaching. Guru harus dapat memberikan pengajaran kepada siswa sesuai dengan situasi dan keadaan yang dihadapinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi gaya belajar siswa di SMA Negeri Bengai dan menemukan perangkat pembelajaran yang paling tepat untuk gaya belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran visual paling disukai, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video pendidikan adalah yang paling tepat. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi guru untuk memahami gaya belajar siswanya sebagai pedoman untuk menentukan pembelajaran yang tepat.

The case for youth moral decadentism at this time is very<br />concerning, plus the condition of the nation is being deteriorated economically.<br />The morality of the younger generation is certainly very worried, because they<br />are the ones who will be the leaders of the nation in the future. In Islam,<br />leadership is one of the important elements, because the enforcement of justice is<br />impossible to achieve except with power/authority. Therefore, this devotion aims<br />to realize a strong, optimistic, intelligent, and religious young Islamic leader".<br />This type of qualitative research is descriptive. The results of this study found<br />that the perception of youth about Islamic leadership is indispensable in order to<br />optimize the development of human resources and smarten and solve the<br />problems of the nation's life in achieving a bright future, because it is the next<br />generation of youth who will fight for sustainability.
