The quality performance of road improvement and road development projects in Aceh Province has always been highlighted by various elements of society. This is due to the occurrence of the damage that the age of the plan has not timed. It is also often found quality mismatch so that road construction must be dismantled and reworked. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence between the factors that contribute to the quality performance of road construction projects, and to identify the dominant factors affecting the quality performance of road construction projects in Aceh Province. This study used qualitative methods quantized through questionnaires. The number of research samples obtained by 75 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the consideration of the contractor company that has completed the road construction project in Aceh Province from 2010-2015. Independent variables consist of human resource, material, equipment, evaluation, managerial, finance, field management, project owner, design, and environment, while the dependent variable is the quality performance of road construction project. Statistical analysis used is reliability test, descriptive analysis, simple correlation and multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22 software. The results show that human resource, material and equipment factors have very low relation, evaluation factor and managerial have low relation, finance factor have good relation, environment factor have high relation, while management and design factor have very high relation to quality performance at road construction project in Aceh Province. Contributing factors that affect the quality performance of road construction projects in Aceh Province are the factors of management, and design. The dominant factor affecting quality performance in road construction project in Aceh Province is management factor. This indicates that if the management factor is improved by the contractor then the quality performance of the road construction project will increase.
Abstrak: Covid-19 membuat pelaku usaha atau wirausaha UMKM merasakan dampak yang terburuk dibandingkan krisis sebelumnya. Akibatnya beberapa mitra mengalami penurunan tingkat produksi hingga lebih 50%, dan kekurangan modal kerja. Kemampuan untuk bertahan dan upaya meningkatkan kinerja ditengah pandemi sangat dibutuhkan saat ini dengan penguasaan skill pemasaran dan melakukan perdagangan secara online atau promosi secara digital. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi, dan pelatihan mengenai strategi promosi digital marketing dengan graphic designer software canva untuk mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk mitra secara digital sehingga mitra mampu meningkatkan penjualan dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan edukasi, pelatihan digital marketing dengan graphic designer software canva yang dapat diterapkan oleh mitra Peningkatan akibat pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya penjualan mitra sebesar 10%-50%. Diharapkan pelatihan ini menjadi agenda rutin bagi dinas terkait, sehingga peningkatan penjualan mitra semakin meningkat.Abstract: Covid-19 has made UMKM entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs feel the worst impact compared to the previous crisis. As a result, several partners experienced a decrease in production levels by more than 50% and lacked working capital. The ability to survive and efforts to improve performance during a pandemic is urgently needed at this time with a mastery of marketing skills and conducting online trade or digital promotions. This service aims to provide education and training regarding digital marketing promotion strategies with Canva graphic design software to develop and market partner products digitally so that partners can increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. This training successfully provided education and digital marketing training with graphic designer software Canva that partners can implement. The improvement resulting from this training is an increase in partner sales by 10%-50%. It is hoped that this training will become a routine schedule for the relevant agencies to increase partner sales.
Kinerja karyawan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepala dari suatu Lembaga atau instansi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pendidikan kepemimpinan, soft skill dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian merupaka penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sample simple random sampling sebanyak 50 orang. Sehingga didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa pendidikan kepemimpianan, soft skill dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Yang berarti bahwa apabila pendidikan kepemimpianan, soft skill dan motivasi kerja yang tinggi maka kinerja karyawan juga tinggi. Berdasarkan perhitungan f hitung 25.722 ≥ f Tabel 2,74 dan f hitung berada dipenolakan hipotesis nol (H0) sehingga Ha diterima.
