Abstrak: Covid-19 membuat pelaku usaha atau wirausaha UMKM merasakan dampak yang terburuk dibandingkan krisis sebelumnya. Akibatnya beberapa mitra mengalami penurunan tingkat produksi hingga lebih 50%, dan kekurangan modal kerja. Kemampuan untuk bertahan dan upaya meningkatkan kinerja ditengah pandemi sangat dibutuhkan saat ini dengan penguasaan skill pemasaran dan melakukan perdagangan secara online atau promosi secara digital. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi, dan pelatihan mengenai strategi promosi digital marketing dengan graphic designer software canva untuk mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk mitra secara digital sehingga mitra mampu meningkatkan penjualan dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan edukasi, pelatihan digital marketing dengan graphic designer software canva yang dapat diterapkan oleh mitra Peningkatan akibat pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya penjualan mitra sebesar 10%-50%. Diharapkan pelatihan ini menjadi agenda rutin bagi dinas terkait, sehingga peningkatan penjualan mitra semakin meningkat.Abstract: Covid-19 has made UMKM entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs feel the worst impact compared to the previous crisis. As a result, several partners experienced a decrease in production levels by more than 50% and lacked working capital. The ability to survive and efforts to improve performance during a pandemic is urgently needed at this time with a mastery of marketing skills and conducting online trade or digital promotions. This service aims to provide education and training regarding digital marketing promotion strategies with Canva graphic design software to develop and market partner products digitally so that partners can increase sales during the Covid-19 pandemic. This training successfully provided education and digital marketing training with graphic designer software Canva that partners can implement. The improvement resulting from this training is an increase in partner sales by 10%-50%. It is hoped that this training will become a routine schedule for the relevant agencies to increase partner sales.
The use of the internet now seems to have become a primary need. The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is driving the popularity of non-cash transactions. The purpose of this study, first to give an overview and the implications of the influence of shopping orientation and trust in online consumer purchase intentions. Second, see gender differences as moderating variables because in the virtual group by gender plays a role in communication and e-commerce transactions. Purposive random sampling and Proportional Random Sampling used in sampling techniques. Regression Modeling of Moderating Variable with a Method of Sub Group used in this study with the analysis tool is SPSS 25. Suggestions that can be recommended for online shopping providers the expected to need a strategy in increasing trends in shopping at home by providing complete information. Also, consumer confidence in the services is crucial with the suitability of goods sold with completed information.
Pada umumnya pustakawan perguruan tinggi negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung mengusulkan kenaikan jabatan fungsional pustakawan lebih dari dua tahun. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pustakawan tersebut masih rendah. Rendahnya kinerja pustakawan diduga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi Pustakawan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan; 2) menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh kompensasi Pustakawan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan; 3) menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan; 4) menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh etos kerja Pustakawan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan; 5) menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh kompetensi, kompensasi, iklim organisasi dan etos kerja Pustakawan terhadap Kinerja Pustakawan; Merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu menggambarkan variabelvariabel yang menjadi objek penelitian, yaitu kompetensi, kompensasi, iklim organisasi, etos kerja dan kinerja pustakawan serta menguji kebenaran suatu hipotesis melalui pengumpulan data di lapangan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan data sekunder, menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik pengujian instumen melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabiltas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Uji hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda, Uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji t-parsial dan uji fsimultan, uji koefisien determinasi (R2 ), uji normalitas, uji heterokedatisitas dan uji multikorelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh sebesar 65,4%,terhadap kinerja pustakwa, kompensasi berpengaruh sebesr 62,6% terhadap kinerja pustakawan, iklim organisai berpengaruh sebesar 59,4% terhadap kinerja pustakawan, dan etos kerja berpengaruh sebesar 53% terhadap kinerja pustakawan dan secara simultan kompetensi, kompensasi, iklim organisasi dan etos kerja berpengaruh sebesar 88,9% terhadap kinerja pustakawan Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung
Productivity and wages can be motivated by education, skills, and experience. This paper is a literature study of a woman on boards in the creative industry with a focus on interrelationship educational mismatch and non-cognitive skills to strategic decision making in the sustainability of the business they lead. The method used is to examine some of the results of previous studies. The findings of this study inform that educational mismatch and non-cognitive skills can influence the strategic decisions and more positively affect to cognitive conflict. The limitation of this research studies only conducted at creative industry and only focuses on the woman on board. Further qualitative and quantitative research of male and female workers in other types of industries is required to investigate the application of such recommendations.
