Pukulan smash merupakan salah satu teknik pukulan menyerang dalam permainan bulutangkis. Latihan pengulangan seperti bayangan, drilling dan strokes dapat meningkatkan kecepatan dan koordinasi gerakan. Namun, latihan kombinasi bayangan dengan drilling dan strokes dalam meningkatkan kecepatan reaksi dan ketepatan smash masih belum pernah dijelaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan latihan kombinasi bayangan dengan drilling (P1) lebih meningkatkan kecepatan reaksi dan ketepatan smash dibandingkan latihan kombinasi bayangan dengan strokes (P2). Penelitian ini termasuk eksperimental lapangan, subjek 18 orang dibagi secara random menjadi dua kelompok. Kedua kelompok diberi perlakuan 6 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 4 kali seminggu. Tes kecepatan reaksi menggunakan alat whole body reaction dan tes ketepatan smash menggunakan tes kemampuan ketepatan smash. Hasil uji t berpasangan pada kecepatan reaksi P1 0,277±0,08 dan P2 0,270±0,629, ketepatan smash P1 11,25±3,732 dan P2 8,625±2,446, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan kecepatan reaksi dan ketepatan smash yang signifikan. Hasil uji t independent perubahan pretest ke posttest pada P1 dan P2 adalah 0,832 dan 0,118, maka terdapat perbedaan perubahan peningkatan kemampuan yang tidak signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah latihan kombinasi bayangan dengan drilling dan latihan kombinasi bayangan dengan strokes keduanya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kecepatan reaksi dan ketepatan smash bulutangkis.

Describe the gymnastics fun aerobic workout's effectiveness against related to prevention of cardiovascular disease with seeing the results before and after doing gymnastics with the result of increasing levels of HDL-c and LDL/HDL Ratios as well as lowering LDL-c levels. Using design research one group pretest and posttest design with the subject as many as 19 people and given gymnastics moderate fun aerobic intensity for 45 minutes 3 day a week for 6 weeks. Gymnastics moderate fun aerobic intensity can increase HDL-c and LDL/HDL ratio and LDL-c. The paired t test results HDL-c pre test and post test (p = 0.000), LDL-c pre test and post test (p = 0,015), HDL/LDL Ratio (p = 0.000). Mean there are meaningful difference between the before and after of gymnastics. The effect of moderate intensity fun aerobic gym on the increase of HDL-c and LDL/HDL Ratio and a decrease in LDL-c in overweight women.
Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Dayak onion tuber extract to prevent an increase in necrosis of kidney proximal tubular epithelialcells exposed to lead acetate.Methods: Fresh Dayak onion tuber was extracted with 96% ethanol and then given orally to mice with doses of 65 mg/kg, 130 mg/kg, and 260 mg/kgfor 21 days, accompanied by 14 days of lead acetate on the 8th–21st days. Histological preparations of the mice’s kidney were made by hematoxylinand eosin staining, and then, the necrosis of tubular cells was examined using a ×400 magnification light microscope that observed 5 views randomlymarked by the presence of pyknosis, karyorrhexis, and karyolysis.Results: This study showed the higher the dose of Dayak onion tuber extract and the lower the number of tubular epithelial cell necrosis (p<0.05).Conclusion: Extract of Dayak onion tuber could prevent an increase in necrosis of kidney proximal tubular cells of mice that exposed to lead acetate.

Phenols and flavonoids are the antioxidants contained in Dayak bulb extract that can eliminate the exposure of free radicals. Lead is one of the heavy metals toxic used by industries. It can increase ROS in the body due to pollution that occurs in the environment. The lead that enters the body is excreted throughout the body tissues. The lead accumulated in the blood can inhibit δ-ALAD enzyme function in the synthesis of heme to form a complex bond between the δ-ALAD enzyme and oxyhemoglobin that results in reactive bonds such as hydrogen peroxide, superoxide radicals and also produces ROS in the body. The formation of ROS can damage lipid peroxide from cell membranes by spreading a chain reaction. MDA is an indicator of free radicals emerging in the body. This study aims to find out whether the extract of Dayak onion can prevent the increase of serum MDA levels in mice exposed by lead acetate. Dayak fresh bulbs extracted with 96% ethanol solvent were administrated orally at 65 mg/kgBW, 130 mg/kgBW, and 260 mg/kgBW for 21 days, along with the administration of lead acetate for 14 days on the 8 th -21 st day. The serum MDA levels were examined using the TBA test method. The expected results showed that the serum level tended to experience a decrease in the treatment group rather than in the control group (p<0.05). It can be concluded that the extract of Dayak onion can prevent the increased serum MDA levels in mice exposed by lead acetate.
