Kurzfassung Um weiterhin hohe Gewinnmargen zu erzielen und die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen, wird in diesem Beitrag ein dreistufiges Vorgehen zur risikobasierten Preisgestaltung von Full-Service-Verträgen vorgestellt. Hierdurch können die Gefahr negativer Deckungsbeiträge für Serviceanbieter reduziert und die erwartete Vertragsrendite gesteigert werden.
Kurzfassung Ganzheitliche Produktionssysteme (GPS) haben das Potenzial, die Gewinnmargen und die Kundenzufriedenheit im After Sales Service zu erhöhen. Dies gilt insbesondere für hochwertige Investitionsgüter aufgrund ihrer langen Produktlebenszyklen und eines hohen manuellen Serviceaufwands bei überwiegend planbaren Instandhaltungszyklen. Prägnante Beispiele sind Flugzeug- oder Schienenfahrzeugsysteme. Um eine kontinuierliche Effizienzsteigerung in der Serviceerbringung sicherzustellen, ist es entscheidend, das bestehende Produktionssystem nachhaltig und zielgerichtet weiter zu verbessern. Bei der Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen hilft eine Bewertungssystematik, die den Ist-Zustand des GPS zeigt und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für bestehende Defizite ableitet. Im Produktionsumfeld wird hierfür das GPS-Assessment eingesetzt. Anhand eines Praxisbeispiels aus der Instandhaltung von Straßenbahnen wird untersucht, ob das GPS-Assessment auch im Serviceumfeld die Möglichkeit bietet, kurzfristig den Umsetzungsstand eines unternehmensspezifischen GPS zu bewerten und Verbesserungspotenziale abzuleiten.
Kurzfassung Damit Industrie-4.0-Ansätze in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung ihre Wirkung voll entfalten, müssen sie in der industriellen Praxis an den richtigen Stellen einen entsprechenden Nutzen stiften. Dies bedeutet, dass die Industrie-4.0-Ansätze auf die heute vorliegenden Hindernisse bei der Erreichung logistischer Ziele ausgerichtet sind und bei der Auflösung dieser Hindernisse tatsächliche Nutzeneffekte erzielen. Vor diesem Hintergrund haben die Autoren Industrieunternehmen in Deutschland befragt, welche Hindernisse bei ihnen heute im Hinblick auf die Erreichung logistischer Ziele vorliegen und welche Nutzeneffekte sowie Lösungsmöglichkeiten sie sich diesbezüglich von Industrie-4.0-Ansätzen versprechen. Dieser Beitrag fasst die wesentlichen Erkenntnisse und Schlussfolgerungen der Studie zusammen.
Kurzfassung Eine unstrukturierte und nicht normkonforme Implementierung von Ganzheitlichen Produktionssystemen (GPS) kann dazu führen, dass GPS-Potenziale nicht vollständig ausgeschöpft werden oder das GPS sogar insgesamt sein Ziel verfehlt. Um ein mögliches Scheitern zu verhindern, ist es notwendig, neben der Einführung einer strukturierten Vorgehensweise zur Implementierung den aktuellen Umsetzungsgrad eines GPS zu ermitteln. Auf dessen Basis werden Abweichungen festgestellt und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen abgeleitet, um zeitnah wichtige Korrekturen vorzunehmen. Das in diesem Beitrag vorgestellte Konzept des GPS-Assessments liefert ein standardisiertes Vorgehen zur Aufnahme des GPS-Umsetzungsgrads und zur Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
